Lord Jesus.
Lord, we ask that you comfort the suicide survivors.
Remind them that they are very special people.
Remind them that they are heroes.
Fill their minds with beautiful memories of their suicide angels.
Provide them with everything that they need Lord.
Ease their pain.
Give them hope.
Give them comfort.
Give them guidance.
Help them heal.
And help them in every way possible.
Let them feel our love, and your love, Lord Jesus.
And let their suicide angels carry them on their wings when they are weary.
Lord, we pray for the suicide angels.
They are with you now, Lord, in Paradise.
These angels are among the highest angels in Heaven.
Their wings are magnificent and their beauty is beyond imagination.
Their love shines bright.
Embrace them, Lord Jesus, with your love.
And let their love continue to shine down upon us.
Amen.

Jim moved into Bolingbrook in the sixties. He was the class of 81 at Bolingbrook H.S. He was a good guy that made some bad decisions. He will be missed. God Bless Mr. & Mrs. Armstrong, Duncan Jr., and Christine.

Thanks Ken Yeah I thoguht he was a few years older than me but he was the same age as me you are right class of 81

I lived across from Jim for many years
My parents still do I would see him walking all the time around the area when I would visit. I know he took some wrong roads, but never knew he was in that state of mind. Gods love be with them all.

I don't think it is anyones business how he passed..
Not sure why that had to be in the Title of this.
Those who knew Jimmy, knew of his struggles throughout life..
I just think "Our friend Jimmy Armstrong passed away" would have been a better title.
Some people don't get it..
Instead, we should of held our hands out to him, to try to help him, be there for him, etc...

Evidentally Dave knew him and felt that he wanted to express himself with that title. I don't think his title should be judged.

I meant no harm. I agree I could have listed it in a better way.

Thank you Astounded
But I should have used better words.

Wsn't trying to be rude, just thought that those people from his past being slapped in the face with "Committed Suicide" could be hurtful.

I knew Jimmy and knew of his struggles, and wish he would have reached out to someone instead of doing what he did..

My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends..he will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to the Armstrong family. A close friend of Duncan, Jr. I knew of the struggles Jimmy has dealt with. Having suffered the same loss in my family I can only state the the void is deep and never easy to get past. Time will stand still like no other day in your life. The demons that gripped Jimmy are no longer. Please say a prayer for the Armstrong family and reach out to them as there lives are forever changed. Peace to Jimmy and prayers for those left to endure his sudden passing. Thanks for the wonderful prayer Bob C.
