Most if not all police officers are controlling and believe that they are above the law. Also, most officers will deny this fact even though it's true. If this officer did anything to his wife, he knows darn well how to cover it up. I'm not saying he is guilty, but cops, in general, cannot be trusted.

How can this scumbag have an October 18, 2003 wedding (thus a 4 year wedding anniversary), while still plotting to get rid his existing (third) wife. The story says that when drowned Savio on March 1, 2004 the divorce proceeding were nearing an end. Not says that he was responsible for the Savio death per say, but is it legal to wed before a current divorce is final?

I'm not buying it. Seems like this distraught, crying husband bit has been played to death! She would never have left her sisters and children.... he has the ability and know how to cover this up, just like he covered up his ex-wife-to-be's untimely death. And, since when do women get orders of protection in order to get the house? Nice try scumbag!

He left his last wife to have an affair with Peterson, a teenager according to reports,... at the very least he is not a man of high moral fiber. I really find it hard to believe that this girl chose to walk away from two toddlers right before Halloween and has contacted no extended family... there are other ways to contact people besides cell phones. He was fired from his posistion with the police then reinstated due to lack of evidence. Seems like this guys got some issues and knows very well how to cover things up. I hope they find this girl unharmed but it does not look likely.

Hey Trib, something doesn't pass the smell test here. Time to send someone to the courthouse and look up the date of the last marriage and the date the divorce was finalized.

It seems rather fishy and suspicious that he started dated his present wife while he was still married to a wife that "accidentally" died and then married again while still legally married? Can you do that or is it because he is a police officer that things like that are overlooked?

Is it me or is this another LACY Peterson. Chicagoland is different than California so I don't expect the big publicity trial but it sure is strange to see the obvious. And the obvious is that this cop killed his wife and threw her in some water somewhere. I feel sorry for her but this guy is a monster.

No. There's *NOTHING* at all questionable about the T H I R T Y year age difference here. Totally normal. Happens ALL the time. Always ends up happy.

sure she left you.. throw the cops off .. women always leave their kids..

Leaving for a few hours out of anger and permanently are 2 different things. He's gotten away with way too much because he is a police officer so far.

I like and respect police officers but some carry their power too far and abuse it.

Hmm...she left him, but didn't call the people she was to meet - and she left the kids. And the math for the wedding dates do not cipher right. IF she is safe, why has she not contacted anybody. Previous wife died mysteriously. Intriguing! Wow...better than what is on TV - which isn't hard to do.
Do some sniffing around, something rotten will turn up.

Since he obviously found wife #4 while still married to wife #3 (and a seventeen year old at that)- I hope they are looking into whether there is already a future #5 out there. Although marrying this man is (I think) similar to playing Russian roulette with the pistol loaded - maybe that is why he has to find barely legal girls - too young to realize their danger.

I think you'd have to be a complete moron to not realize this guy is as guilty as sin. I mean, this guy must be so unbelievable arrogant to think that the police, media, and public would actually fall for what he is saying. The 3rd wife that "drowned" supposedly told family and/or friends that she kept detailed notes on her marriage so that if anything happened to her.....Now the 4th wife supposedly told family that she feared for her life and if anything happened to her....I am sensing a pattern here. I live in Bolingbrook and am trying to find out a little more info but to no success. This guy is a control freak who obviously preys on gullible women so he can have total power over them. This last marriage proves it.

So, a 47 year old married man is "dating" a 17 year old girl while married to wife #3. Ick!

Wife #3 mysteriously drowns in her bathtub. Wife #4 disappears. I hope that this young woman is safe and that she can rejoin her children at some point.

What goes around comes around...he leaves wife #3 to be with a young girl. Now wife #4 wants to leave. What did he expect? Not a good track record on so many levels.

1) Drew and Stacey actually started dating when she was 16
2) They got married in a park as soon as the divorce was final (I believe it was within the week)
3) She was preggo was they married
4) She has a muddled history with her family, bad relations and falling in out favor with them and vice verse
5) The night that wife #3 was murdered, he was calm as a cucumber. He didn't act surprised and was saying that her current boyfriend had gotten her on drugs or that drugs might be involved somehow
6) Stacey was freaking out that night, locked jaw, couldn't breathe, crying, sympathizing for the two boys
I bring this up, because I think we are quick to draw conclusions. Sure, Drew might not have the most outstanding shiney past, but what kind of woman falls for this kind of man? One that might jump quick into the next relationship with a bad guy, experiment with drugs and pass out and drown in her tub? A young woman that might wake up one day and want to run away from her problems/responsibilities?
