Man stabbed numerous times in Bolinas

A 23-year-old man was stabbed in Bolinas in what sheriff's deputies described as a case of attempted murder.

The residents there are all suffering from marijuana grumpiness.
The nasty looks one gets for just daring to enter the town are legendary.

I agree with Jonathan. Bolinas is just a mass of white trash folks with big egos. I am confused as to why they are so against people entering that town who don't live there...as if Bolinas is some prize place to be? I don't know anybody that wants to be there willingly; it's about as fun to hang out there as it is to have an intellectually-stimulating conversation with those who reside there (i.e. not fun at all).

If we are to judge the soul of a town by the acts of its worst citizens (or blow-ins, as they case may be), then most places are in bad shape. Bolinas has its share of good and bad, as does any place.

I live in Stinson and I also find Bolinas to be a disgusting place.
The restaurants are dirty and the residents are just nasty.
I think there are alot of meth addicts there.

If San Francisco was only the Tenderloin and nothing else you would have a point. Bolinas is like the Tenderloin but there are no nice parts to it like San Francisco has. When I go to Bolinas I see white trash giving me dirty looks.

Point Reyes is a much nicer town and smells better as well, plus the local folk are hard working red blooded Americans unlike their surly, pinko neighbors to the south. Boycott Bolinas!!! I never saw two places so full of self-satisfied hypocrites. During the Cosco Busan oil spill, these locals were among the worst in the Bay Area for hindering the attempts to rescue shivering, suffering beached seabirds. They just HAD to run their dogs and have their morning constitutional beach jogs, no matter how many birds they flushed back into the water to perish. They seem to believe that just by living there, a state of grace is magically conferred, whereby they can do no wrong.

Your BMWs and priuses(spelling is off-but the over priced rip-off) will develop Carbitis. Take the owner of Fradelizio's with you-he's an eyesore. Stay away from Stinson-the sharks there will snatch your bundles of joy right off the beach. Stay away the town of Point Reyes-there are ghosts in the local bar. Actually, don't even go to west marin-the roads out there are possessed. Spend your free time at Whole Foods and on 101-your welcome there-you will feel comfortable there-and you deserve the best!

Yeah, Bolinas sucks all right, it's a terrible, no good, very bad place, and everyone should be skerred to go there. The beaches are ugly and polluted, the locals eat their young and small puppies daily. Everyone out there is on meth or better yet, sniffing glue out of paper bags in front of the health food store. In fact, Martha Stewart almost moved there buit then changed her mind because it is such a skerry place. At least, I am pretty sure that she doesn't live there because if she had I am sure we would have all seen her make a lamp out of a Rainier 40 on her morning arts and crafts show back in the day. I agree, BOYCOTT BOLINAS. It is about to fall off of California anyways.

But i do agree that there is alot of marijuana grumpiness here.
The people who are the most unwelcoming are transient drug addicts who are not even from here. They should go somewhere else.
