Rage cause of bat attack

A 29-year-old Alamogordo man is being held on a $40,500 no-10 percent bail bond in the Otero County Detention Center after he allegedly broke into a home in the 1000 block of Cauthen Lane and assaulted the man with a baseball bat Wednesday, a Department of Public Safety spokesman said.

For a relatively small guy, this guy (Jason AKA JayRock) can do some damage. He sent two people to the hospital while incarcerated, one had to be medivaced to el paso for reconstructive surgery.

He got out of jail about the 16th of last month after completing a christian treatment program. Perhaps this time, without the protection of Roxanne Esquibel, the DA will finally put this one away.

I hope he is convicted and sent away for a long time. What a worthless excuse for a human being. He is just taking up our air.

Don't know the guy or the story... but in these times money can lead someone to do some pretty extreme things

The victim didn't call the police (he claims) the neighbor did. Sounds logical since the victim is a meth dealer that owed Jason money and started the altercation. That part of the story was not published. There were 4 people present, two were women, they were all fighting over money owed, the victim got his blows in first before getting battered back. They are all related by marriage.

The week before this incident there was an article in the police reports about a B&E on the same street and a bunch of tools etc were taken, just wondering if the same people were involved (no names given) or is this street getting a bunch of losers on it
