My friends brother had just died, and I wanted to order her a feel better basket. I ordered their best feel better living plant. I ordered a week early and I talked to Betty. On Saturday she had fusion, and assured me that I would be able to get ahold of her. She said that she would get back to me on Monday. Well Monday and Tuesday both went past. I wasn't able to get ahold of her. By Wednesday, I finally got ahold of Maria,(the manager) and I tried asking questions, and she said that she didn't like my attitude, told me she was canceling my order, and hung up. She left us with 2 days until the funeral with nothing, and broke. I am a disabled single mother and have money issues. I was very close to the deceased and his sister. Now I am down over $100 because the manager I talked to, "didn't like my attitude." Confusion caused by my disability. I would never order from these people again.
