Detouring drivers near Burlington construction risk tickets

Authorities will ticket unauthorized motorists detouring through a Burlington subdivision as part of an effort to reroute traffic during construction of the 11-mile bypass around the city.

Why don't the Authorities worry about & investigate the RADIOACTIVE WATER in the City
instead of giving out tickets. The City Authorities are paid to SERVE & Protect the public
but it's obvious they do not care. The EPA will
definitely be looking & talking to the Authoriites. Hope they can explain things.
