I am sure an additional employee in the front office to assist Susan will clear up some of your complaints....
She's sleeping with the owner, you idiot! Yeah, tenants talk. They might seniors but they're not stupid. They know what's going on. The poor level of service at the Waterfalls is UNACCEPTABLE! In fact, it's borderline criminal.

No Gym either. They put all their money into the damned fountain! It's nice, I'll admit that but that's the only nice thing. The apartments are outdated and depressing. One of my guests said upon approaching the building that it looked like a motel.

I take it Mr. Tyler you do not live at the Waterfalls complex but have an ear to listen to tenant concerns and make sarcastic remarks. As tenants we do not have all the facts needed from management to make an informed decision. However one can only notice that there have been changes one being the hiring of additional maintenance personnel for repairs.

Waterfalls management has been proactive in repairing many of the apartments main heating systems before the cold weather began assuring a comfortable and safe winter for our senior and elderly tenants.

There should NEVER be sarcastic remarks made towards anyone during a forum for many people to see. This includes the Waterfalls employees or for that matter any of the tenants. That is clearly an unproffessional attitude that you have.

The comment was made by myself, WATERFALLS RESIDENT 2005. I still live here in this 55+ complex. The scenery and the grounds speak for itself, it is beautiful here. The landscaped grounds are well kept and the tenants themselves take pride in keeping it very clean also. Oh by the way I am sure Susan Collins can speak for herself, no "nom de plume" needed....

If you want a better senior facility, check out Sayville Commons. Its NEWER and not that far from Waterfalls and just sooooo much better. I've really been impressed with it. I belive the price is comparable to waterfalls. Oh and for the record, they never lost power during Hurricane Sandy!

Susan: Did you ever wonder why there are so many negative reviews? Maybe you should look at yourself objectively so you can realize that YOU are the problem. You should be ashamed of how you treat these seniors.

The people who work there are unprofessional and rude. Olivia the secretary does not know what she's doing. She told my grandma her new apartment would be ready by sept 1st, she gave her the keys and everything. Well sept 1st came along and it wasnt painted and far from being ready. When I called to complain about how we paid for moving trucks already the lady olivia told me my grandma has to wait and I should grow up. Also there is an emergency maintenance worker named Jose that does not return anyone's phone calls! Do not move in here because once you do they treat you like dirt!

It appears that there may be more to this matter. Usually the office will give you the information they have at the moment. The scheduling of the maintenance work and the follow up of the completion of this work is not her office but the Owners of the property. There may have been some unforeseen reasons for the delaying of this maintenance work for your family.

Things are still not good at the waterfalls. The new manager although she is nice does not do any more
then susan. Not a good place. THere truely are better places. Buyer beware or should i say Renter.
