I've ordered from this place and it took at least 20 minutes to prepare a simple wrap. I understand that it gets busy, but for a place that serves lunch only, they should be prepared with men-power as well as those that actually know what they're doing. On the last point I'm about to expand further. Once I brought the food to the office, I realized that the bottle of water that I ordered wasn't in the bag. Furthermore, my wrap wasn't wrapped at all, the wrap was there with all the ingredients, except it wasn't a wrap - a very, very sloppy job indeed. When I called the Deli and told them about the missing bottle of water and the so-called "wrap" sandwich, I was told that I should drive back to get the water and to have the wrap fixed. I don't know about everyone else, but my lunch is only an hour, so the waiting for this crap to be prepared, plus all the driving back and forth, would probably eat up the whole hour with no time to eat. Aside from that the gas money of course wasn't considered here because the employees of the deli didn't care whether it will actually cost me gas money to drive back. After I told them that I was unwilling to drive back since gas isn't free, I was given a response that they'll take care of me the next time I come in, except the woman who told me that on the phone forgot to ask me my name, so the question is - how will she or any other employee in that place know who I am the next time I come in? So to describe the service at this lunch place - to put it plainly it is bad, very bad. The sandwiches aren't prepared correctly, things do not make it to the to go bag even though they're ordered and if anything is wrong - no one gets compensated. This is a hit or miss place, and if you ask me, I'd rather find another place that is a hit each time and never a miss.

Where do I begin.........First off the service in the deli is absolutely horrible. The dark haired lady at the counter is extremely rude, so depressing and without any people skills. I ordered a wrap and was extremely, extremely disappointed! No care or consideration was put into the details of my order and I will "Never" go back. Most of my office has made an attempt to visit the deli at lunch over these past several months and have yet to find one person who has come back.

They should never have people who are so miserable working in an environment where people skills are important.

I have called to complain, and the results were left at a def ear.

Back to SUBWAY........yuck!

Guess these people just had a bad experience but I have been going here for a while and the whole building that I work out orders from here. Best subs and wraps. The owner is one of nicest guys. If they were that bad they wouldn't still be open

When Freska first opened, I went a couple of times and was disappointed with the salad. So I stopped going. One day many months later, I decided to try them again because a lot of people in my office like it. I ordered soup and half sandwich and really liked it. It became my usual and I ordered from there consistently for a while. They messed up my order from time to time, but I just let it go. I liked the freshness of the bread and chicken salad. Last week I ordered a Spinach salad with gorgonzola. Get back to my office - no cheese. That's like the 2nd ingredient in the whole salad. I called right away and told them. I did not have time to return - did they want me to bring it back tomorrow, or what. They said to come in and tell them. I did. They wanted to give me another Spinach and Gorgonzola salad at 1/2 price. I said "1/2 price?" The man said, well, we gave you everything else, LOL - HE WAS SERIOUS!!! What a joke. They gave me a free spinach salad, WITH CHEESE and the wrong dressing. Oh, well. I went today and spent $17 for some coffee, a muffin and one of their lunch specials. I didn't recognize who helped me, but he was pleasant. I saw the counter girl and the man (owner I think) working and they both peaked around the corner and saw me, but no hello or anything. I didn't realize until I got back to the office, but I kept hearing the counter girl say "Don't get mad, get even" and them laughing. Well, whether it was about me or not - That $9 Tuna Special went in the garbage and I can't count how many other restaurants are within a 1 mile radius. Bye, bye Freska

Best place around here!!! I work right around the corner and have ordered there since they opened and have never had an issue with them. I've always had wonderful customer service and the best panini's I've ever had. I'd say give the local businesses a chance.

I have been working in this business since I'm 14 years old, my husband since he is 12. We pride ourselves in giving people the best food and service that we can, sometimes it's just not enough. The food industry is the one of the hardest service industries to succeed in we have worked and strived to be the best with our 3 in New York, 1 in North Carolina, and this is our 3rd in Florida; we have gave our lives to feeding people and have sacrificed many things to do what we love, but it is not easy! Kelly I know you and know you work at phonix, you should be ashamed of yourself, that is not what happened at all and you know it, you said you had no money because you only worked part time, the Ms.W, I told you one of the boys would deliver it, n you said forget it, and I said we will give you another next time, because a wrap unwrapped, and we never put drinks in a bag we give them to you, when you pay, sorry if you were on your phone and I didn't want to disturb you. I did tell you we would make good on it, which I would because I had your information from when you ordered. But thank you for trying to take away my lively hood, may God Bless you!!!

Have eaten there many times, always good and very friendly people. I suspect the reviews above are maybe a "rival" luncheonette :)

Awesome meatball sub too.

I got the meatball sandwich once and the 4 or 5 tiny meatballs on it look like they came out of a can of spaghettios. I removed this place as a potential luncheon and have talked several others into avoiding it as well. Bad, slow service and sub-par food. They will be closed within a year.

I guess you can't please everybody huh? I've been to Fresco's numerous times and I get the best quality food and service every time I go. I've gotten numerous wraps and none of them have ever "unwrapped" on me. It's a little bit of a wait but it's completely worth it. And seeing the quality of their food, they should be busy. And as for the service, I've been there a few times and I am always greeted with a smile from the employees working the counter and a "How are ya?" And the dark haired lady remembers my name! Now that's impressive. I highly reccomend Fresco's to anyone who knows what good quality food is!

I never leave comments but to sit there and write a long novel about how bad the service is? Do something better with your time. The food at this place is absolutely delicious. The owner and the people that work there are so friendly.

Maybe the people above went in with a rude snobby attitude????....;)

I'll continue to order from Fresco they have awesome best soups, salads, coffee, wraps, and chicken salad!!!

Two thumbs up!!
