POLICE: Would-be thief dragged by getaway vehicle

You know basers aren't the smartest people. I've seen some sketchy women enter Boynton restaurants, enough so that I keep an eye on them. They usually have a male "friend" outside that wont come inside the building, but can be seen off & on through a window. It all adds up to them being up to something.
