Personally, the parents are to blame. I live on the same street as one of the 14 year old suspects and I can tell you that 99% of the neighbors want them OUT. the parents obviously have done a crappy job raining these liitle pigs

I think just because they are girls, they should not be given special treatment. NO ONE knows, and can, or has the right to judge what went on that night. You cannot be forced to drink, you make the decision yourself, it was bad judgement on their part. But why are they our at 12 or 1 in the morning when you are 13 & 14? It is mutual, the girls are at fault as much as the boys are.
