A Boca Raton man pleaded guilty Thursday to a probation violation but was spared the full 10-year sentence he could have faced in the death of his 9-year-old stepdaughter after a train crash in 2005.

You idiots you are wasting tax money and everyone's time.If this were yourfamily I am sure you would feel different. You never know when it coule be you and it could hit close to home. Never say never because It could be you next time. So, bite your tongue.
