Question...what does everyone consider to be the entrance to the drive thru at mcdonalds? Has anyone ever been in the main line and had that one person pull in from the other side and try to "sneak" their way into the line? That happened to us tonight. We were in the main line, when a woman pulled into the parking lot from the opposite side and inched her way up to the line...when no one let her in, we told her she had to go to the back of line (I mean, we learn that in elementary school) she preceded to start yelling about how she came in through the right entrance to the drive thru, and yelled ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE LINE. She said that letting someone into the line is called "etiquette" but, I thought etiquette didn't consist of yelling like a maniac through a drive thru...and taking your turn. She said she had lived here her whole life and never had a problem with the drive thru. My question is...is anyone else fed up with people trying to cut into the drive thru line...and acting like idiots? Oh, and the "right" entrance that she came into the parking lot thru? She and one other car were the ONLY TWO people that came in that way, everyone else (about 7-10 cars) came in through the correct entrance and got in line and acted like adults.

haha good idea! I took down her license plate info, bc she was literally trying to bump her way into the line...my child was in the backseat and if she would have hit us in order to stuff her face faster it would have become a HUGE issue. some people have no class and don't think the rules apply to them.

I never get on here but after my incident last night I knew the idiot who cut in front of ME would come to this lousy site bc he seems like that type of person. What he failed to explain other than yes I came in through the BACK entrance but I was there BEFORE him!! Yes JUST ME why didn't u tell I pulled in and was in park b4 u? Failed to leave out that detail huh? And although the back entrance says "drive thru" and not entrance guess everyone assumes it's not the entrance. However, I always take that route bc if the line is long it goes out into the road and causes chaos...if u weren't from McCracken (bc I got ur plates as well) u know this fact. I'm not normally like that but u were not there first and had u not gased it up there I wouldn't have made a big deal. Yes, YOU gased it so I couldn't keep my place in line. I was not going to hit ur vehicle but I knew if I stayed in line in my place u would sure hit mine. And I know I did not act as if I had any sense, I admit it. However, when people act like jerks I loose my cool!!

Oh and I wasn't there to stuff my face as u stated, I also had a hungry child in my car!! Also, funny u said I proceeded to yell in line...who yelled first sir? I do believe after I rolled down my window, so I could see better through my tint, u yelled at me saying to go around like everyone else in a very hateful tone. If someone is in line before you then they are before you sir!! Sorry! I know I was b4 you because I ALWAYS check to see which car I am after so I don't "sneak" in line as u say I did! You know I was there first, like I said I had already put my car in park b4 u pulled in! Oh, and in case you go to the mcdonalds in Murray, same rules apply! You say u got my plates bc u feared I would hit you...U were in front of me in the line so u werent fearing that, u got behind me only after leaving! But whatever! I did nothing wrong and a pic of ur plate as well!! Have a wonderful day sir!

Really? Yelled? I told you to go to the back of the line...there was no yelling. I am from Graves county. Born and raised. SO stop assuming you know everything, that's what's wrong with people today, you think you know everything, and when you are wrong, you can't admit it. No one was a jerk to you, but I am not letting someone inch their way into the line just because you feel entitled. What are you going to do, call the police and tell them that I wouldn't let you in front of me in the drive thru LOL. That's a joke. You, however, yelled the whole time I was talking with the mcdonald's employee and there are witnesses to that. No one yelled, but you. I would not have hit your vehicle...so again, stop making statements that you don't know are true or not. I have had too many people jump in line just because they came in from the other side. I think that they do need to be more clear about the entrance bc we were told last night that the entrance we came in was the correct one and that the drive thru circles around from where we came in. The bottom line is, this is the stupidest thing to argue about, and if we really want to get right down to it, there's going to be more arguments unless someone steps up and asks for clear signs in the parking lot so that the drive thru is better managed. I will agree that the other entrance does cause chaos. I think that we should just get over this petty incident...and no, I am not a jerk, and I only got on here bc this has happened time and time again to me and to other people in the main line.

I agree that signs should be more clear but fact remains, if someone is there first that is who should go first. I do not think many would argue with that. Also, there is a road on the other side, which is where I was coming from. I didn't just choose to go the back way to cut in line as u assume! I will not argue any longer, I do agree this is stupid to bicker about.

One more thing though, I often use the other entrance...when I'm coming from that way. And people do "inch" their way in as u claim they do. But usually I am the one who motions one on in front of me. I feel an act of kindness (even if they weren't there b4 me as I was) goes a long way. I understand I didn't send off the kind vibe but actually that's really the kind of person I am...unless someone ticks me off for being a jerk, which u were! I do not feel entitled to anything. I have a college education I have PAID for myself and work everyday. Therefore entitlement, I feel is earned!

You know it was a bad situation no matter who is right or wrong. I think we should should meet at McDonalds and I will buy lunch for us. Unless since you are the one that was in the wrong and have the college education wants to buy.

Pretty sure WE BOTH were in the wrong! You initially acted like a jerk when I was clearly in line first; however, I shouldn't have reacted the way I did! My hubby has already offered to take me out due to me enduring this traumatizing incident! Lol. Until we meet again...

if you were traumatized because you had to go to the back of the line then you need to grow up lady. you were offered an apology and you still called that guy a jerk. I don't know either of you, but you come across as spoiled and rude.

I will apologize though for my part...everyone has off days. Kindness is something that goes a long way. I agree that we should just be done with this petty mess, and maybe talk to managers there about making it easier to go through the drive thru. You are right, the other side does cause chaos and someone could get hurt...it wasn't bad last night, but we could have handled the whole thing better.

Erica, that was a sarcastic statement!! Lol! A drive-thru incident would not have traumatized me!! And I didn't go to the back of the line, I ended up one car back from where I should've rightfully been. Agreed this is stupid and petty.

Definitely not me, no where near stuck up! I am really not like I was the other night either. It just really got me at that moment. Sometimes I can't believe people are the way they are, then I turn around and lose my temper and stoop to their level!
