The McAlpin's are the best landlords in town. If you can find a house to rent from them you'd be better off. They won't cheat you and they are honest. They fix things when they break and will pay you for things you fix or things they mess up of yours. THey are some really good people...

i do not care for her at all!! she is the same lady that does the kidsignment... i didnt like her from the first because i think she keeps way too much of the money, but i overlooked that and did it anyways because i needed the money. after talking to her a time or two i realized that she is a royal b****. she is not friendly one bit, she will not help you as much as to even lift one finger when you are carrying so much its about to break your back and she is sitting right there looking, and she talks to ppl like they are stupid. thats just my opinion, but i do not care to have any furter dealings with her, and just about everyone i know has stopped doing the kidsignment too. in my opinion phil is the same, i have heard of very rude ways he has treated customers.
