A lot of other places are giving some kind of Thank You money for the Holidays. You give your people a $20 gift card. Even farmers give Holiday money to the people they appreciate. You promised in the Town hall meeting that we would see a pay increase but we got nothing but a slap in the face when an email was sent out saying we make enough already (around $19 an hour by your calculations). How do you people sleep at night? And for all those that will say we are lucky to have a job, you need to work there for awhile before you jump in.

there are contractors everywhere out there, you can't tell they are cutting hours on them. There's more contractors than Tenaris employees!

STFU!!! At least you have a job! If you dont like it find another job!! You should have stayed in school then you wouldn't be at a factory trying to make a living.

if you've never worked there and don't like what I've stated then you can stay out of the conversation.

THEY are the ones promising raises. No one would say much about it but THEY start it and get our hopes up. THEY are the ones telling us to move up if we don't like our pay and then cut that off as well so you can't move up. THEY are making empty promises to keep us working there waiting on bigger and better things and then not following through.

Its simple..........You don't like it find another job and stop b!tch!ing. Some people don't have a job and you should be grateful no matter what the pay or your bonus is.

If you didn't want your $20 you should have given it to someone less fortunate. I work at Tenaris and no matter what they do someone is not pleased. If they give you a raise you'd be on here complaining that it's not enough. It's people like you that gives Tenaris a bad name. You are probably the one trying to sabatoge the company by sending out bad pipes or stuffing paper towels in them. So you should be ashamed for starting this thread.

i dont sabotage anything you idiot. I do the best job i can do out there no matter how much I make. And you sound like one of "them" because they all call it pipes instead of pipe. People are just asking for the money they said they'd pay. Gas and groceries are extremely expensive and $13 an hour doesn't go very far in today's economy. unemployment pays that much

and lets talk about the vacation hours. half the people's vacation hours have been messed up, they haven't been adding on the hours every week like they should. Then when people start complaining, they just take the vacation hours off your check stub so you have no idea what you have. Supervisors don't have the time or patience to check everyone's hours every week. It's another way to screw us out of what we're owed. vacation hours equal money
