Has anyone else had a problem with things being stolen out of their yards, or their sheds being broke into?

I heard it was a white boy not one of us. He geeked up on hydros and broke in his own friend house while he was locked up. He just got out of rehad. He lost his job,car and his girlfriend. He headed to the county.

Most certainly all that stuff is at a local pawn shop or sold to people from the hood.

Yes! We have had that problem recently, Just last night I observed a white Nissan Altima cruisin slowly down my road, so i just watched... they drove by several more times and eventually dropped someone off.. I think they were trying to scope out something to steal, I shined my flashlight in their car when they came back by and they picked the dude up and hauled it.. Myself and my neighbors have been having problems out here with people stealing out of our vehicles and sheds...Be on the look out for newer model white altima and older model white pontiac grand am.. When they left our area they were headed in the direction of birchwood....

They tried to break in my shed because the handle is almost knocked completely off, and my push lawn mower is gone. It is crazy! I am angry...work hard to have a nice place to live and someone has to steal it! GGRRRRR

Trust me, we are having the same issues here! We also work very hard for what little bit we do have and it ANGERS me to the core when things come up missing from around here.. This is strange, but someone stole all of our car washing equipment out of our shed! Stupid crap, stole the soap, wax, bucket, scrubber brush, sponge... everything is gone! They broke in to a buddy of mine's truck through his sliding back glass and got as far as un hooking his stereo equipment, apparently they got spooked and intend to finish the job later! Some dumbass vandals stuck a maxi-pad to the stop sign at the end of our road last year, I know that's totally off subject, but it was a HUGE one and it stayed there for a realy long time! I have a sneaky suspicion i know who is behind most of this, but have not been fortunate enough to catch him in the act yet... Hope i do soon though!

Can you give a couple of hints so I can be on the look out too? I live out here too and have seen the car "scoping it out". It is totally ridiculous!

My friend lives in Riverbend and it has really gotten bad out there. It used to be a nice cute little neighborhood, but it has really gone down in the past few years. What a shame. I hate that they are now having theft problems as well.

It is only a few houses that look bad.(and the dogs that drive me crazy! LOL) Most people have kids and it is really a community. That is why this stuff is bothering me so much. Yes the possessions can be replaced, but it is the violated feeling that someone has been to my house. Last night the neighbor's dog started barking and I was looking around to see what else they could steal. I lived in Blytheville in a neighborhood that was declining and NEVER had anything stolen. Since I have been here my car has been broke into twice, the lawn mower, the shed, and that is what I have noticed.

I had to laugh about the stop sign. I know it isn't funny, but that sounds like a bunch of kids. But why would kids steal car washing stuff? That would require them to work...LOL That is what I said about the lawn mower. I am afraid to put my Christmas stuff out because I don't want it stolen.**SIGH**

If you are that mad about it, DO SOMETHING, including getting rid of the "tagging", which that sign stunt sounds like. Leave it up there and not get pro-active about stuff, it only lets the perps know it's supposedly OK to do what they're doing. Call the cops with what you know. If everyone helped them out more and approached this as a COMMUNITY effort, the offenders will get the message that your area is not one to mess with.

Yes, I can give you a hint.. Here's a good one, He used to live on the east end of Delta I think the house number is 304! He is in and out of jail for drugs (and I don't even know what else). His mother still lives there and he comes and goes, you will hear him coming BOOM BOOM BOOM, so freaking annoying! Anyways, he drives the white pontiac grand am.. He is nothing but trouble, and I wouldn't put it past him to rob you blind every chance he gets... Also the white Altima, I don't think they live in our neighborhood, I have seen them several times out here scoping for something to steal...

I have a good reply for you as well, I am 5'2 and am was unable to reach the pad! I tried to reach it with a cd i had in my car ( was the only thing i could find to possibly pry it off with) anyways, was able to get it under one edge of the pad, you would not believe how un-godly sticky those things are, so anyways, long story short, i got one corner peeled up and couldn't get the rest off... So, i did try! I just did not succeed, As far as calling the cops goes, we are county out here, we ACTUALLY have to call Luxora to get any assistance.. By the time they do arrive (normally they don't even bother) the perpetrator is gone! I had to call a couple years ago for a prowler walking our neighborhood, no one ever showed..
