I really wonder if the Walmart in Blytheville really supports the communit. On TV it says that they will meet or beat any advertised price. Then you go on the the web site to get information and it says that they price match locally. Well Blytheville walmart says Jonesboro is locally but Memphis is not. So me myself I would rather drive to Memphis just so I do not have to shop at the Blytheville walmart why number one the service not good at all.
Never any people checking out when customers get off work. The management sucks and they have one CSM who is a B**** and so hateful to the customers it just makes me sick to have to go into that store> I will pay more money for a item or drive to Memphis or another state just so I do not have to deal with this store or the people who work there.

No they do not honor the price matching from other stores that blonde short headed csm that has moved up from being a cashier thinks she is the owner of Walmart. Went in to purchase some kraft dressing that Hays had on sale and I was told I couldn't get that type only the ones that they had a picture of even though tha ad said variety. Call Benton and report them I have called in several times to report them. She is definitely an example of a dumb blonde. She sure didn't move up for being smart everyone know they couldn't put the pictures of all the dressings in that ad!

We’re committed to providing low prices every day. On everything. So if you find a lower advertised price on an identical product, tell us and we’ll match it. Right at the register.

We gladly match the price in the following types of ads:*

Buy one, get one free ads with a specified price
Example: Buy one for $2.49, get one free (BOGO)
Competitors' ads that feature a specific item for a specified price.
Preferred shopping card prices for specific items that are in a printed ad.
For fresh produce and meat items when the price is offered in the same unit type (lb. for lb.; each for each)

*The following are guidelines and limitations:

We will match any local competitor's advertised price.
We do not require customers to have the ad with them to honor a competitor's ad.
Items purchased must be identical to the ad (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)

We DO NOT match the price in the following types of competitor ads:

Items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price
example: "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C"
Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product
example: "Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free"
Items that require a purchase to get a competitors' gift card
example: "Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card
Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given
Going out of business or closeout prices
Percentage off
example: "All mascara, 40% off"
Competitors' private label price promotions

We do not honor:

Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined.
Internet pricing
Misprinted ad prices of other retailers
"Going out of business" sales or "close out" price

You don't have to have the ad. You USED TO have to have it with you, but now you don't. They are supposed to take you at your word about the prices, and you know they have the ads from the other stores at the service desk anyway.

Besides, you shouldn't be spending your money in Blytheville - if you do, you're only helping bail out the crooks who stole $3 million from you and me and everyone else.

I am surprised to see Wal-Mart replying to a gossip site. This is BELOW professionalism. Shame, shame, shame on you.

I'm sure someone copied and pasted that. Do you really think a representative from Walmart actually posted that?

walmart was not replying, I was. That post shows how little common sense the inbred jerk who calls him/herself common sense has. Walmart says it will match for specific items The ad says variety, it was not specific enough since it may not include all kraft dressings. That is why all the csm could allow was the dressing in the picture.

Sorry to break it to you but never have worked at walmart and never wil. Im not saying all Walmarts are bad but this one in Blytheville is the worst. Now you can go the Dyersburg ad all you do have to say is that something is on sale and they price match with no quesions or quibils. This one here at Blytheville is the worst one I have every been in even one of the CSMS told me this is the worst one they have worked in and they have been working in walmart for almost 20 years. What im trying to get at is who decided whas local and what isn't Memphis is just about the same distance as Jonesboro and so why is it not considered local also. Mabey its because Memphis has much better sales and for that matter walmart won't stand behind there words? Wonder about that.

The new Walmart in Osceola will be opening in October. I bet it will hurt this Walmart.
