Blytheville didn't have a location for it. As a matter of fact Blytheville didn't get the first two. Hickman and armorel did. People don't be so stupid on here and the other post where they are saying Chitwood put it in Osceola. Does anyone think Chitwood got to tell them where they were going to spend a billion dollars. Topic is so dumb.

Last census showed Osceola's population dropped 14.9% while Blytheville dropped 16.2%. Blytheville is still twice the population of Osceola. The only thing growing in Osceola is how much of Blytheville's tax base Chittwood is giving Osceola
