What is so "hateful" about THE TRUTH?
Let's add:

Whites can pass a drug screen and background check.
Whites ARE WILLING to work and show up when they're supposed to.
Whites don't run customers off by using foul language in their presence.

I could add more but this common sense stuff is taught back in high school. And since there is equal opportunity for EVERYONE to screw up, let's just replace "Whites" with GOOD EMPLOYEES and see how that reads.

I copied and pasted this straight off another topic. How many black people from Blytheville do you know of that speak or act this way. That right there is the answer to your question. Management does not want to risk the reputation of their businesses by taking a chance of a customer being talked to with those words. So they put you blacks out in the warehouse while the white man sits behind the desk getting paid.

Blacks you put yourself in your own situations. Here you go again blaming the white people for your failures. Here is an idea: Buy some clothes that fit, go take a few classes at ANC especially English, fill out an application or type up a resume. Dress and talk like you have some sense and getting a job is very important to you. After you do a little hard work of trying people will have more respect for you and you have a better chance of landing a decent job. Don't complain until you have tried these things first, and if they do not work then ask yourself "what more can I do?" Do not give up, and do not blame someone else, you have to really want to succeed in order to succeed. If you want something go out and get it - the honest hard-working way - no slacking!
