These people at Tenaris are really something else. They keep loading more and more of a workload on people, but they don't want to increase your pay! Reckon what would happen if everybody just decided to have a work stoppage for one day? Just a thought. Everyone wouldn't do it anyway.

I wish i would have ran like hell when I got a job there. Been miserable ever since i started and leave out of there crying 7 out of 10 days. If you do your job and do it right then they put more on you and keep putting more on you! the men will talk anyway they want to you and you can't do anything or you will be fired but they will say they're firing you for other reasons. the place needs to be shut down for real. If you make allot of fuss when they ask you to do something then they will leave you alone. If you agree nicely to do the things they ask then they will put your job and the other persons job on you too because you're quiet and you take it!!

I make pretty good but it's not worth it when you're stressed non stop and take work home and can't sleep at night. When it gets this bad, you have to start thinking that there's more important things than money. Seems there's been a few taken out by ambulance for chest pains and heart attacks and I don't wonder why. They can keep their little money, I choose my health.

I worked in a place that I loathed. It honestly made me so sick I could hardly function. The job itself was great it was the people that I worked with and the administration that made the job a nightmare. I had a co worker whose voice and personality I can only akin to finger nails across a chalkboard. A few weeks after I quit I went back to the person I was before.

yes, I can totally understand what you're saying. I absolutely LOVE what I do, it's the way the place is run and the lazy people they hire that makes it so unbearable. In my case, I have to tolerate working with a "friend" of my boss. He is worthless and makes it harder on everyone else because he doesn't do his share. Plus he tears up everything he touches and it's ok as long as it's him.

Yes, for some odd reason, my boss loved the goofball I worked with. She bad mouthed everyone and ran everybody's name in the ground. Horrible! She couldn't get away with anywhere else but there. Try ipsco my husband works there and really likes it.

I tried to get on there, they did hire a few of my younger friends but never called me.

I like my job also. And make ok money. But they don't understand and don't want to understand our culture. We will really never be happy with what we make, but that's why we work harder. To be able to be rewarded with raises to take home to our families. To provide better for our families. If they really wanted Tenaris to grow and put out better quality pipe, they would give us raises and that would be an incentive to work harder. There is no incentive to work harder now, because they just keep adding and adding to your job. It makes people not care. They dont have incentive so they don't care about quality. They just need to show the workers some respect. And just one thing people who are applying for there. You may start at a pretty good pays ale, but don't plan on a raise for several years. Won't happen.

they must not bc like you said we got raises last year and I just received another so be expecting another raise soon if you havnt already gotten one. I don't know why a lot of ppl complain about it bc it is way better than what it use to be in my eyes. With the tipp bonus and att. Bonus and the pay now I can actually pay my bills and have extra money in my pockets so No Complaining here! If ppl would do their JOB and actually come to work maybe they would appreciate it more. A job is just that a JOB. Some ppl will come to work and do the min. Just to get by. If they would actually come to work to do just that maybe someone would take notice and decide that you need a raise or even need to move up to a job that requires responsabiltiy and would pay them more. Good luck
