Think back to first hearing Mosleys' explanation on his budget being way over for the 1st 2 mos of this year. Just from my memory, He had gone thru 62% of his years fuel budget,Way over on the tire budget, and over 100% of the workers compensation fund.. Couldn't figure out how he got his hands on that fund. His answer to Missy Langston was,"I got sheets with different numbers." then there was a special financial meeting held quickly, and no coverage for the people as to what was said and who was involved, then the gas hauling white city van burned about 1 week later in Harold(exxon)Walkers driveway, on a Monday morning, before 6:am in the morning, and hauled to public works lot before 7:am, using the flat bed,(dumping Truck) that same morning. The van then was "gone" within approx. 1 1/2 weeks, Harold said the BFD was called, the van backfired, caught on fire, and he pushed it down his driveway away from his house, you could tell the fire Had begun inside the van, no report was put in the paper. Maybe Mosley has one of those "General Accounts". And again , none of this he could do alone,he had others to "help" him out.

Someone needs to make a list of all the lawsuits the city has pending. IRS is at the top of course.

Good idea. Maybe Chamber and college can come up with a way to get folks interested in the legal process like when the judges did their thing here.
