BBQ
Sauce recipes are more secret than your wife's real age. Forget about it, just go buy some, that's how Buddy makes a living.

This is the recipe that I was told to be---sure tastes the same to me--been using it for 30 years-
mix following in sauce pan and bring to boil
3 tbsp red pepper(cayenne)
3 tbsp salt
1 cup water
Boil
when boiling add 1 qt apple cider vinegar

Does the trick for us

Who really wants it? There Is better BBQ in town such as benny bobs and penns ,At least they put some meat on the bread.
I allways thought( and many others) that the dixie pig was over rated and kind of snootie, it is an old hole in the wall where all the old town money bags hang out,and if you aint somebody you aint nobody there ,you can tell it by the service.
Just tell it like it is !!!

They have a tomato based sauce they serve with ribs.
If you don't like the vinegar sauce, just ask for the "rib sauce"
