My alternative is cooking at home. Saves money
and hassles. Don't have to worry about unsanitary
conditions that way.

Their prices are outrageous. I couldn't believe my then 5 yr old was charged the same price as us adults. That's crazy. Plus the place is dirty. We dont' go there anymore and haven't been in a long while.

Has the health department ever been contacted and are they inspected by the local health department?

I've been there once. I don't eat fish, but I went with family. Everything I got off the buffet was cold. You'd think they would make sure the food was hot with all the money they are making by charging toddlers adult prices for the buffet.

Try the Sharecropper on Friday nite for all you can eat Catfish. I've been eating there for 20 years and I haven't been sick once and the fish is great.

okay okay.. obvisouly everyone has different opinions. everyone is always quick to critize people but what if it was your restruant and everyone was talking about it. I would like to see you manage a restraunt and keep it up. Its very hard to do. I bet you dont even know half about owning a bussiness. it takes some hard work. besides yall complaining about how expensive it is, shouldnt you ask instead of assuming its going to be cheap. If you think its to expensive go to burger king or better yet stay at home and cook. If you think its sooo nasty and low class why do you even sit down, you should just walk out. but just like blytheville always complaining. No matter what, there is always going to be something to complain about. how about just appreciating what you still have. If you want an upgraded 7 star restruant thats nice and clean with the best fish in town how about you make it happen instead of complaining. wow its amazing how some people can just dawg out people. but i see that eds is not letting it bother them as still they are the ones making the doe and not you.

Ed's is way over priced and every time they bring fresh fish to the buffet they load up all the Styrofoam to-go plates with all the hot fish..........Go to Benny Bob's for your fish.
Go to Dell

I have lived in Blytheville my whole life. I have ate fish at eds, po boys, and benny bobs. In my opinion Eds is better than po boys, but cant hold a candle to benny bobs. Benny Bobs has the best fish in BLYTHEVILLE. The also have the cleanest place to get fish in Blytheville. If a person wants to go get good fish without having to drive all the way to Jonesboro then the need to go to Dell and eat at the Dell Cafe. Rick Brothers is the owner, and If you catch the fish night on a night that Terry Byrd Sr. A.K.A. FATDADDY is cooking then you get the absolute best fish you will ever eat. They serve a catfish that has absolutley NO MUDDY taste. Give them a try because it will be worth it. Call Rick and ask when FATDADDY will be working on fish night and then you get the best fish and the best cook

Here's the deal boys...if you have fresh, pond raised catfish, fresh peanut oil, cooking temp between 350-375, whatever seasonings that you prefer...there's really no way to mess up. Ed's, Bennie Bob's, etc....they are all good if the fish are served hot.

Good luck getting hot, fresh fish at Ed's!!! Well unless you have a call in order, in that case you get first dibs at whatever comes out of the kitchen. If you are sitting in the restaurant, forget it. You will be scraping the bottom of the pan!!!!

Ed's Is nasty! Yuk! Whenever i come into town and pass by Ed's. You can look in the window from just passing by. You always see at least three to four people in there wearing comouflage.I wonder if the people in there are even wearing shoes? The sign at the door reads "Comouflage and bare feet required". On the job application it probably reads missing teeth is a must!
