Life is a fragile thing
And it can change within an instant
Nothing is safe from the effects of change
No person or possession we're given
The only things we can hold forever
Are the memories in our hearts
The loves we share upon this earth
Before it comes our time to part
So choose a pathway that brings you joy
Take time for quiet moments each day
Appreciate the challenges that strengthen your soul
Don't let your heart be ruled by anger
It's just not worth the stress
For the tumult will only expand in your heart
And crowd out happiness
Live each day with wonder and gratitude
For the beauty that surrounds you
And share your abundance generously
It'll ensure future blessings will surround you
Meekly accept that life's journey will include
Unexpected, soul-wrenching heartaches
That will bruise your soul and alter the course
You always imagined your life would take
And when that happens you'll have the choice
To embrace hope or hopelessness
You can't avoid grief, but you can refuse to accept
A lonely future of bitterness
So choose to be grateful for each moment
With the loved ones you've been given...

It's hard being that we were twins, just two minutes apart in birth. For twenty three years all we had was each other. It's a shame a man can fight for his country (two tours) in Iraq then come only to be brutaly murdered because some idiot much rather kill you over a little bit of money that to get an actual job. The bad part is that they found my brother shot dead seven times in the face and left in a church yard. No man deserves that. My brother was a good man, always did the right thing, would give you the shirt off his back the shoes off his feet. He lived with graditude, strength and courage. It's also ashame that Arkansas doesn't have the death penalty. If it were me, I would put the men who did this in from of a firing squad and by all rights, mother and brothers and sisters and I should be that firing squad. Instead these men when both are caught they get to live out their days ina cell free of charge, three meals a day, a shower, tv. That is not what they deserve, but our justice has no justice after all!

My son-in-law was murdered in Blytheville April 2012.as yet the murderer has not been arrested.could be a lack of interest on the part of the police or ineptness in solving crimes!

I think If I get the word out on the other man wanted, they will find him as I stated earlier his name is Rodney Willis. I pray that God has no mercy on their soul and that they spend their eternity rotting in Hell

I don't think the poster meant to blame anyone else for the crime.

If you're meaning the part about the firing squad and mothers, brothers, and sisters, I think the poster meant that the victim's mother, brothers, and sisters should be the firing squad.

Seems that some people such as yourself lack the education to comprehend.

xoxo Do you care to explain yourself? I haven't said anything about the family of the convicted. If that's what you're saying? I want justice for my brother. My whole family wants that and we deserve it. My brother did not deserve to be shot seven times in the face! If that were your brother or sister the shoe would be on the other foot wouldn't it. You've never been through this i'm sure of that by th stupid comments you made.

How about it may be a bigger puzzle to put together. I hate to hear people put down the cops and act as if they don't care just because an arrest hadn't been made yet. Wouldn't you rather they move slowly and the charges stick or make a quick arrest to satisfy the community and have to let em go later like that westmoreland boy and the boy that killed the pregnant girl? They may know who is responsible and might be waiting on crime lab results. Ever thought about that? Geez. Don't get me wrong I'm sorry for your loss and I won't bash anyone, trust me they'll get caught and will pay. The thugs around here? Can't help but brag someone will eventually tell or they'll get a break soon. Be patient and not so quick to judge the ones trying to help
