Are you related to Herrons from Caruthersville and Blytheville? I am looking for my Biological father, John Herron. I never knew him, as I was adopted as an infant, and am now 47. I was born in Little Rock.

I never said I knew it would happen. I was at the house when Homer called. I had no idea who Homer was at the time. I knew who Tracy was only. I left the house 10 minutes before Homer arrived. I had no idea! If I had known, I would have never left the house. Maybe that would have stopped it, or maybe he would have killed me too. I live with this everyday. Please don't judge me. I was in shock for a week and only could remember bits and pieces of that day. Don't put any guilt on me. I was an innocent friend with no knowledge of who or what this person was capable of.
FIRST OFF IT PISSES ME OFF WHEN PEOPLE GO TELLING STORIES THAT THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. GARY CALLED HOMER OVER THERE THAT NIGHT TO TELL HIM HE WAS GOING TO KEEP SEEING TRACY WHETHER HOMER LIKED IT OR NOT THEY GOT INTO CONFRONTATION AND STARTED FIGHTING GARY KNOCKED HOMER UNCONCIOUS AND WHEN HOMER CAME BACK TO GARY WAS STILL BEATING HIM WITH A FOREIGHN OBJECT AND SO HOMER SHOT HIM. I'M NOT SAYING EITHER WAS IN THE RIGHT BUT IF YOU KNOCK ME UNCONCIOUS AND WHEN I WAKE UP YOU STILL BEATING ME THEN I WOULD HAVE SHOT YOUR AZZ TO. NO ONE DESERVES TO DIE AND I AM SORRY THIS HAD TO HAPPEN BUT IT PISSES ME OFF THAT HOMER IS DOING ALL THIS TIME BECAUSE THEY HAD JUST PASSED A LAW THAT YOU HAD TO DO 70% OF THE TIME AND BLYTHEVILLE ACTED LIKE THEY WERE JUST SO INTO ENFORCING IT BUT JUST LIKE ANY OTHER LAW IT DYED DOWN AND NOW I SEE PEOPLE THAT HAS KILLED FOLKS AND THERE OUT IN 5

Sorry you are so pissed off. But you have the story all wrong, not me.I was there when Homer called Gary and it wasn't at night. There were no wounds on Homer. Sure you might defend yourself if you were knocked unconsious, which Homer was not. But to shot Gary 5 times and the last shot to the face was a little bit of overkill. Homer was drunk and Tracy set all this in action... Sorry you have your story wrong.

Rest in Peace Gary ! I know what happened that day and I am the only one that does. Homer deserves to serve his full term for murder. You can't go out and kill someone just because your wife or whatever is playing you and another man. It is called restraint or divorce. Homer is serving in a cozy prison facility and will be out on the streets in no time. So if this is Homer, I know you know who I am and don't worry, I will be there when you get out. You ruined alot of peoples lives that day including yours. I still live with nightmares that I could have stopped you from killing my friend. But the ultimate price will be paid later.

Oh, I forgot, he got all the bumps and bruises from the police throwing him out of his truck into the middle of the street right past the police station with a gun in the vehicle.... not the gun he used on Gary.... he had already drove out to Clear Lake somewhere and placed the gun ( hid it) in a field. Also, there were neighbors that tesified that Homer was never knocked unconsious.... Neighbors never say Gary do anything. Only fatal shots fired.... and if you are defending yourself.... why would you go back to the dead body and fire a close range shot directly to the face... That's not defending yourself.

well y would you continue to see someones wife if they done told you that they gone kill your azz if you don't leave them alone.you don't never know whats on a persons mind or what they realy might do so my advice to you is to stay away from married men and women and get your own and i hope when homer gets out he does not even think about going back to this piece of white trash he has good family that will be there for him and you will probably be one of the people thats talking shyt now but will be in his face when he comes home
