I would suggest that Ritter get their act together if they want to maintain their customer base. My television goes out practically on a daily basis. It's been out for hours several times in the past few weeks. When I call, they are most unresponsive. I know they are upgrading but why bother if they can't maintain their present customer base? I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Umm... they're upgrading to fix the problems with the current lines. Going from just regular cable lines to fiber, which will make things 100% better, and fix a lot of problems in the current system. This isn't something that can be done over night - and the ice storm set them back quite a ways. Have you had a tech out to your house?

They have left a cable line laying in my back yard for 7 months. I have had Arkansas One Call send the utilities over to my home 3 times and mark the buried lines for phone, gas, etc. and Ritter has never showed up to bury the cable line.

7 months. Pitiful.

They should nicely give people a break in price that have lost services.

My husband wanted me to let you know it will be ready by this summer - and extend the invitation for you to come over and swim.

I have checked in the past, and you seem to have an idea of the inner workings of Ritter communication. I live on S. Division, just past the old Carlock Dealership. I called Ritter about 5 or 6 months ago to see if they offered cable inernet conections and they told me that they did not service that part of town at that time. Now I have seen the trucks all over the area, going down some of the roads by Dodge store and such. Do you know if they have anything set up there as of yet?

Internet is a definite no - they haven't activated any of the new stuff. The trucks that you have seen are probably the construction crews down that way. More than likely all services will be available after the rebuild is complete - possibly August. Hope that helps.

I just Busted Ritter for receiving money for services that are available with a 2 paperclip (rabbit ears) contraption I made on my own.
I gave them plenty of time to shape up and now they can ship out. Fraudulent advertising can be added to the list again! Geee this has to be getting expensive! lol
Yep been here done this! Some people never learn their lesson....do they?
I know I have been a costly thorn in their side and, I intend to keep on being one. hahaha

Gee Mr Wizard, give us some insight, you evidently have worked long hours to undermine the devious schemes of this public utility, let us in on it so that we can admire your handy work.

So why do you now use Ritter as your ISP? Since you are a renowned authority in computers you do realize how easy it is to determine your IP address right?
