Marty Crawford builds houses and Michael stracner from manila. But your first step is to pick out a house plan and call sonny ashley in manila, he draws up plans for about $500. Think his company is called ashley designs. Once you have your land and plans you need to see justin bell at farmers bank for a construction loan application. Your loan officer and your builder will pretty well walk you through the steps at this point. Be prepared to be patient through the loan process it kinda takes a while. Good luck!

With steel framing and a metal roof that is rated for 300mph winds. Check out SuperBlock as it is a good system for the walls. House on Dogwood is made of PolySteel, over 1800sf with a 1 1/2 ton air conditioner that will make it cold. The smartest way to build is ICF so not much going on in Blytheville.

For those who want honest opinions of who to possibly chose from. Just b/c you go through yellow pages or google contractors, that doesn't inform you of their track record. Sometimes people know 1st hand who are good builders & who are not worth a crap- THAT IS WHY I ASKED-!!!!

When I first posted on this thread, I was going to recommend him- I wasn't sure if he still built houses- He is a good choice, so give him a call. Have a Nice Day-!
