The Island County Commissioners voted to move forward with additional work on Central Whidbey's Rhododendron trail, despite concerns voiced by Chairwoman Jill Johnson.

Jill Johnson is playing both sides of the street here. She knows very well there is a noise problem on the trail. She is too afraid to say that and not support the OLF. She is a coward on both counts.my opinion of her has sunk to the lowest level possible. She is a political without morals.
