When China had a problem with an influx of North Koreans they sent Chinese troops to the North Korean border to solve the problem. There were NO complaints from the international community.

Bush still has time to save his legacy by reducing troops in Iraq and building up troop strength on the Mexican border.

Build the fence ASAP. Force the illegal activity further into the remote locations. Use the military as needed to take out drug smugglers. Send a strong message all the way to Mexico City and South America that the border is closed to illegal activity.
