Id give them an A-. The food was good and our server was pleasant. The only issue was there wasn't enough servers. Only two waitresses for the entire floor during lunchtime. That's an easy fix and I wish them good luck!

The food is good but the service isn't. When we went it was busy, we seated ourselves like the sign stated. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by the waitstaff. They had tunnel vision and wouldn't even make eye contact. They could have at least said hello and given us a menu. The tables were all dirty and still had dishes on them. The power went out and when people tried to pay their bills the workers couldn't even do the simple math to add 6% tax. People were actually helping them on their calculator. It's a poor reflection on the management more so than the girls working there. They were understaffed and the workers improperly trained in working with the public. If there were other options in that area of town they'd already be closed.

My family & I. Just ate their for the first time tonight. Waited on our food for over an hr. Never got a refill. And never got plates to even eat our pizza on. Had to keep asking for silverwear and plates but never got the plates. Waited on our salads even an hr. The service sucked..waitress was rude! Total we was there 3hrs. Will not be eating their again!!!

Never got all my food. Had to sit down at a dirty table waitress never even wiped the table off after seeing it was dirty. Waitress had an attitude. Blamed everything on the cooks. Never got one refill...waited on our food for 2hours. This place won't make it there if they don't get new waiteesses with better work ethics! Next time I think about eating there I think I'd rather go to mcdonalds!

Have tried to call in orders around 7pm for lunch while at work, usually take around 30 min to get through. When they don't answer you get a answering machine, now I've never seen a business that's open have a answering machine on that's not taking orders. I agree with the above statements the food is good but if they don't get better organized they're going to also fold. Need one person to just take phone orders with a few lines to call in and one to take the payments when leaving, and definately train their waitresses better techniques they're very sloooooooooooow.

It took almost an hour for the food to arrive, but it was good when it got there. The staff were friendly, and the place had a nice ambiance. I would however recommend a little more training for the staff (for the sake of efficiency), lose the rug on the side door ramp (someone is going to fall), and preset the tables with rolls of silverware.- Maybe consider a dimmer switch for the overhead lights, and possibly a jukebox. You've got a good thing going there. I'd love to see your place become a huge success!

Foods great service is horrible. Went there and ordered a calzone and after waiting for 30 mins and watching people who came in after I did and already had there food I asked the manager why my food was taking so long the response was oh we forgot to make it and it would be another 15 mins. Needless to say I got my money back and went to bellacinos

I wish people would grow up and stop talking about that wolf man mike person. Why does it have to take over every conversation. This is supposed to be about the new restaurant in town. Some of us would like to read about that and not this utter bull crap that people seem to keep starting on every topix page under every topic. It gets very aggravating.

I have been there twice, first time the service was extremely slow, it appeared that the waitresses had not been properly trained which added to the time. The place was packed and those poor girls were going in a constant run. I have tried two different dishes along with a salad each time and the food is great. The second time I went was earlier in the day before the lunch crowd. Still a little wait, but not bad.

I am so happy they opened, the food is good, quantity is good, and so is their prices. It is a new business, so I hope people will give them a chance. Downtown Bluefield is lucky to have them, it is a good place for people working in the area to have lunch without having to drive somewhere to eat.

I do wish they had some publicity, I don't understand either why the tv or newspaper hasn't covered their opening.

The food is really good and the quantity is good as well I am glad we have them and hope they do well,it offers a place to sit down in a nice surrounding and enjoy a good meal.The prices seem certainly in line. I was there near the lunch crowd but service seemed very adequate however I am sure as with virtually EVERY food service establishment- the service can be bad to horrible at times- this is so true of every place at times whether it is fast food drive thru or a nice sit down location.USUALLY a high priced exclusive place will have far better wait staff and better training & service though that is no guarantee!

I am sorry but I have to AGREE with you! We had a white staff on our table at lunch-and service was great BUT from what I saw with some it was really lacking a lot. I hope the owners realize this HAS TO BE BETTER or with time it will fail.
