Hey Mr. Prosecutor I see you are still trying to make a name for yourself by falsely prosecuting innocent people. In case no one told you, the election for judge is over, and you LOST! Have a nice day!

I think Timm Boggess is a great prosecutor. He may be tough but in this day and age, tough is what we need. Keep up the good work Mr. Boggess. You have my support!!!

Tim Boggess is highly intelligent, hard working, and dedicated. He is poised and professional. He is fair and flexible. I am saying this from the other side. He was the prosecutor in a case against me. Yet and still he earned my respect as individual and as a fellow man. I agree with the post from "I agree" he would make an excellent judge. He has definitely put in the time and has the experience in the court room to back it up.

He is a piece of crap....he is trying to keep an innocent man in prison for something he had no part of...this man has already spent 13 years in prison...You know the truth Mr. Boggess there is no evidence against him...how hard is it to see that.

90 percent of the time if someone is convicted they were somewhat involved in the crime, yes there may be an innocent person incarcerated here and there but if people watch what they do and who they surround themselves with then they can in no way be falsely accused!

If the person was convicted (Regardless of by a jury or plea agreement) and is in prison, what does Boggess have to do with it now? None as the person is a ward of the State - a prisoner and when he gets out is up to the D.O.C. Parole Board, not the prosecutor as their case is closed.
I don't think you know what your talking about
