My sister and brother-in-law bought the house in July~ish. The white truck someone saw was my brother-in-law's work truck.

My sister-in-law didn't know anything about the house's history until a neighbor told her, the realator never mentioned it.

There have been a few small things that happen. Small things are moved around with no explanation, and some noises have been heard.

And even before we knew anything about the house's history, that garage area was super creepy. It's not that there's anything majorly creepy about it, just a strange feeling, but then again, that could've been just because it was a basement/garage area and I don't like them anyways.

We've read the stuff on the Inet about the house and I am excited to see if anything does happen...we'll keep ya'll posted.

Our house is also one of those houses that is considered the creepy house on the block. We were told a steady stream of horror stories before we bought it. The realtor had some and wouldn't be alone in any of the rooms or step into the basement, the man who turned on the water had some, the law-office paralegal for the seller had some, and random strangers that passed while we did yardwork had stories. But, we've had nothing at all happen in the 4 years we've been here. Once the stories get started, though, they're difficult to stop. (Hopefully I don't jinx us)

My house is not suppose to be haunted but, we see shadows darting in & out of rooms, hear whispers, & doors opening & closing. So, I guess you never know.

Have they ever had any hautning experences yet? I was told the other day that it was still on the market, but the owner uses it for storage and just didnt care if he ever sold it or not.

My daughter is dateing the the boy who lives there, his parents bought the house I think a couple months ago. So it has been sold & his mom said they havn't seen anything.

I know it is haunted, I live on Mountain view a street over, and we all have known this for years about that house. It is so haunted it hurt the sales of the brick house beside of it. Brought the value down and it also sat empty for a long period of time, they just kept lowering the price.

I wish I could remember the exact year, it was in the late 70s or early 80s. I lived on Leatherwood when it happened. My mother knew the family and always swore the wife shot the husband, then they ruled it a suicide and didnt investigate.

I do know someone that lived there after the suicide(murder) and they said items in that house would not only move but just disappear. Example, laying the remote down on the coffee table to go to the bathroom and come back to never find it ever. That is a fact about the house.

Yeah, it was always the spook house on Groveland, well actually that whole area. As a kid I knew some kids of a family that lived there. (they didnt live there long.) I was told by their son and daughter various things the house would do. They always had trouble with electrical devices. Lights would flicker on and off and even blow up things like the coffee pot, blender. I feel for the people that bought it. Some hauntings arent bad, but this one is evil. The man who was shot in the basement isnt at rest. He is trying to protect his home.

My best friend lives their and we were home alon and we heard some strange things like something calling our names. i dont believe it is evil but i do believe that their are spirits in the house
