1012 Groveland Dr. Haunted

Does anyone know the story about the house located at 1012 Groveland Dr. Bluefield, WV being haunted? I know it has been on the market for years and Ive always heard it was haunted, just wanted to know if anyone else knew?

Actually i have i read the story about it @ wvghosts.com under true stories. I don't know if it's still listed on there or not. I printed out directions to the home off of mapqwest i just wanted to go see what the house looked like and where it was.

yes, you better believe it is haunted. That is why it has been on the market so long. The realitors took the story off of wvghosts true stories because too many people were reading it.

I heard that a man was supposed to have shot himself in the basement/garage area, but they said it was really a homiside instead of a suicide. I know it is really haunted, it has been empty for as long as I remember and I live on mountain view just a street over.

yes it is on the market, you can google it to find out!! It is a cape cod style. There is also a virtual tour of it from a realitor on youtube. Just type in 1012 groveland Dr Bluefield WV and you will see it for yourself. They have dropped the price on it various times because they cant get a buyer, plus they did take the story off the true WV ghost stories. The story on there was true, it was written by a woman who lived in the house they they sold it in 1992 and had to get out of there due to all the evil in the home.

Yes this house is haunted by the man who was killed in the garage. I dont think it would ever get a buyer no matter how low they drop the price. It is dirty of the sales people to not let out the info to buyers. I live a few streets over and everyone in this area is scared of that home. When people walk their dogs they will walk on the opposite side of the street when they pass it, it is EVIL

Yes, I know for a fact it is haunted, my brother looked at it once and wanted to buy it, and the realitor did tell him it was haunted, but he had to ask. They didnt just come out and let him know. I know it is haunted by that man who was killed in the garage. It is a spooky house, drive by and look at it.

I drove by and looked at that house and asked a neighbor on the street about it, and he confirmed that is was haunted. He told me the story about the man that was shot in the garage area. I know they cant get a buyer for it. And he predicts it will always stay empty.

We had heard the story before and actually went by the house and trick or treated with my kids one year. There was someone there I dont know if they were real or ghosts lol, but I saw some weird stuff from the fence, and then the gate wouldnt open for a second, talk about some spooky crap.

did someone buy it i went by there a couple sundays ago there was toys and a white pickup in the yard and a latter against the house like somebody lived there

South Bluefield has many homes for sale. Why is this? Is it a nice area?

Yes, it is located in a very nice area. It is known haunted. There is no one living there, but the present owners still have things located in the yard ect.. that makes it look like it is lived in.

Sorry, someone has already bought it. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law bought it. It has been off the market since the summer.
