I used to work for wal mart in tire and lube. i got transfered to tire and lube when one seasonal job ended. As much as i complained sayin i wasnt a greese money, they said either do that or be a buggy pusher ........either work on peoples multi thousand dollor cars or push buggies around. I think that says it all right there. Well i sucked at it causing many mistakes cause i really didnt know what i was doin. I drained transmission fluid instead of oil, forot to put a oil filter on a few times and just made a few costley mistakes. in my opionion your nuts to take your car to walmart.

my husband worked for this company for 3 years and wasn't even making 8.00/hr when he left! They treated him like crap even though he was a wonderful employee and never missed! they constantly mess up ppl's cars and laugh about it- in one year i know they replaced at least 3 ppls cars and at least two or three ppls transmissions!!
very concerned

Well I can honestly say I for one being a former employee of that hell hole, am glad to be away from there. I worked for them for almost 3 years and during my time there we had very little mistakes. Now I've been gone for a few years now but I know for a fact that they have replaced at least 3 engines since I left and ran off all the ppl I worked with so for all you guys miss ya and know your doing better now we are all away from hell.

They left a loose cap on top of our engine that belonged to the bulb for the headlight after they said they did not have the bulb size. I called and spoke to one of the store managers instead of people back there and I know that they had a talk with them about it.

It is not the managers fault that you left valuables in your car. You should thank God that people didnt see that money laying out and smashed your windows to get to it. That is just asking for trouble. Still sad that you cant trust people nowdays.

walmart can roll back prices but they cant roll back time, it took them fools 2 hrs to change the oil in my car and they wouldnt even give me a 10% discount for having to wait. They stole .73 cents from my console and a diry pair of gym socks from my back seats! whats wrong with these ppl

my husband worked there for over 3 years and they treated him like crap! I cant tell you how many times he would go in for a shift and they would make him work twice as long sometimes from open to close! his manager- connie- was a bitch to him- he went in to get his paycheck one day and she started talking to him like he was a piece of trash even though he had never missed work or called in sick. He always done his job and was a model worker. when he left, he was only making $9.00/hr after 3 years- thats one of the major reasons he left! I know for a fact that they have had to replace quite a few Brand New expensive cars over the past few years because they dont train their employees, they just throw them under the cars and expect them to learn. Thats why my car does not go to TLE Walmart!
oh yeah

What is with all the hate for walmart's employees? Granted, I would never take my car there because I worked there for about a year and I know how terribly their employees are trained. More important to me are all the accusations of theft. During the time I worked there, I remember customer's accusing me of stealing from them at least 3 times; I didn't ever steal from them and I know they only thought I did because I was a walmart employee. Please remember that the people who work at walmart are the same as the people who work anywhere else, and the chance that they stole your money --because you can't find it--is pretty low; this is especially true at walmart because the place is loaded with security cameras and they would easily be caught. Hate walmart's retarded store policies which create badly trained associates and managers who don't have any power all you want, but please don't blame it on the employees; they are victims too.

Wow, piss and moan all you want. Its Wal-Mart, a global grocery super power. They dont give a shit about you, aslong as the machine runs fine, you can always find worker bee's. You shouldnt expect great things from Wal-Mart and maybe you will have a more enjoyable work expierience. Really, be happy you have a job that you have to be a total tard to be fired from. I also understand that people complain about the TLE.....its 20 fuckin 10, you should get your obese ass out there and change it. You save money, gas, time, and you can take pride in the fact that your mobile.

I agree that that people who think everyones day or job should revolve around their schedules are stupid! Who the hell goes to Walmart at 8pm to get a damn oil change!? GET A LIFE! I know I have heard stories about mistakes being made in the TLE but im sure they get their share of skeemers looking for a new car or something for free.. but I will keep going there as long as they keep that Charlie man running it! He can't help who they hire but he knows his shit when it comes to a car and I must say he is very pleasant on the eyes :)He will do anything he can to help you if you have a problem..believe me I go there all the time to shop and see the crap their employees have to deal with.
