Seriously, Ahmad is a NFL football player and that is a huge accomplishment and no one can ever take that away from him. You may not think he is a good role model but it is good for young athletes to look at him from this area and know that it is possible to go that far, no matter where you're from.
And no one should be bringing up anything he has done in the past, he is only human and makes mistakes just like everyone else. I'm sure everyone isn't still talking about the other young men that did the same thing he did when they were younger.

Ahmad Bradshawl is a trouble maker having 5 minutes of fame. He stole from his grandma and God knows what else. He'll run through any money he gets and die a lonely man. I do not think he should be anywhere near a local school. He's an idiot and I agree, cant read a bit. NOT A GOOD ROLE MODEL. He is an a$$hole and will crash and burn momentarily!

I'm sorry but if everything we have ever done in our lives were constantly held over our head I think we would all have a lot of problems. Regardless of what Ahmad has done in the past, it's just that...the past. My son attended Ahmad's camp last year and this year. Those boys look up to him because he was right where they are now. How many other athletes come back to their hometown to do things for the youth. He personally talked to each one of those boys and cheered them on and giving them pointers. He gave a speech at the end of camp giving advice to all the boys. Needless to say when advice comes from a pro NFL player from your hometown...YOU LISTEN. Leave him alone. I pray he does well and goes far, but seriously quit holding stuff over his head.

yea, if he was trying to 'give back' to this community so much, then why is he charging for this camp in what he personally knows is a poor area. this guy may have acheived athletically but I would NEVER EVER take life advice from him! are you serious? it's an attempt to keep his name relevant, pocket a little money, and gloss over all the HORRIBLE things he did before NFL fame.

Get your facts straight. This camp was completely free. The kids didnt have to do anything but show up...Part of the camp was paid for by NFL and the rest by Bradshaw himself. My grand son went to this camp and had a blast...They received t shirt, caps and sports bags, and NO, it didnt cost them a penny....

I stand corrected if it was free. About that part, the part about him NOT being a good role model I still think is true, and I knew this guy in high school so dont try to tell me anything else.

NO "FYI" I haven't slept with him. He was a child playing on the Chargers team while I had just gotten married. Why is it that when someone takes up for somebody...there's always an accusation of sleeping around. I am not perfect and have made mistakes just like everyone else on here making comments. Thank God, that I'm forgiven for my mistakes no matter how big or small. I'm just saying that kids look up to him not because he's "Ahmad" but because he's "Ahmad Bradshaw" RB for the NY Giants and he used to wear a Chargers uniform. Kids don't look at the bad stuff. And as a parent I teach my children that it's okay to have "heroes" but when those heroes fall...for them not to fall down the same path.

Give it up "Concerned"...you're just jealous that he didn't play for bluefield. The guy's trying to do the right thing for the kids and community...he was a kid when all of this stuff happened. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's retards like you, that hold grudges that makes me sick.

Did you just fall off of the turnip truck?? The camp was "free"....do some research befor you post ignoramus..don't accuse somebody of something they haven't done....

What "horrible" things do you speak of???....I bet you don't even know....

Let's see...was it the drinking beer from a paper cup adn getting caught at UVA...or was it being accused of stealing a playstation?

Which of these horrendous actions do you despise him for?

You're the one that's "horrible".

Actually I went to Graham. No he wasn't a kid when he stole a playstation at Marshall, He wasnt a kid when Jared Taylor took the heat for all the dope they were busted with in Radford and Im pretty sure that young girl in pocy would have to argue he wasnt a kid then either. He's not a kid now either and I know for a fact he's still doing the same dumb shit he's always done. Smoking pot and being a complete idiot. Yes he has 4 or 5 kids with different women and no none of them live with him!

Are you serious??? You mean the football camp he held at GHS? Yea that is doin alot for our communitty. It was ran by a bunch of known drug dealers in the area. So Yes let's let our kids go learn to play football with CC and the other dope dealers in Bluefield VA. I think not. You can get on Bradshaws dick if you want but I know too much about him to let dumb asses like you sway my opinion with your bulshit. Ahmad is a straight up thug. Oh he was very grown up at the club that night when Plaxico Shot himself too. Like I said trouble follows Ahmad. I wonder why!!!

How old was he when he did his last bad? Everyone grows and matures. Let him do his camp for the kids that want to go. You disagree don't send your children. A lot of people really don't even know who they really are until they are over 25. lets see what kind of a man he becomes. don't count him out before he is even 30. I personally could care less how many children he has as long as he supports them of course. Don't really know Mr. Bradshall, other then he is a small town boy who made it to the Pros.
