Magistrate still playing favorites

Why Was Racheal Grays bond only 10,000 and the man she was giving the drugs to 17,500, could it be his relation with the Duvalls again and their business practices?? Racheal was the one distributing, he was charged with having the drugs she just gave him I would say Magistrate needs to go and quit playing favorites, Racheal sister in law is Jammia Duvall Election Office Clerk and Vice Precident of the board and brother in law is Wesley Duvall DOT supervisor, whom we know has several business with magistrate Judge Newton and also owned Cornett Bridge Co. that did all the work on county bridges and used road dept, employees, could it be that David Doss of the DOT is relateed to the Doss's of Blue Ridge??? People wake up. Ron Newton needs to start doing his job and quite giving favortism.

Evidently none of you know Judge Newton very well. If you did you would know that he and Judge Linda Davis are the two elected officials in this county that are honest and do their job by the law. As for all the trash that has been posted on here about Judge Newton I believe I would be checking my facts before making remarks that are not true at all. I believe that people who deal drugs, and people who buy them should be punished to the fullest. I am not a relative or a county employee. But I do know that Ronald Newton is a honest Christian Man. Check the law and see what the bond was suppose to be. Like I said. Hang the drug dealers but you have to follow a guide line when setting a bond.

Ron Newton and Doc Volrath are both crooks why do you think Jammia was not fired when she and Jose' closed the commisioners office for a day when her husband was gunning for Jose', Dr Vollrath was at the head of all the corruption, thats why he had Wesley in his office all the time and put him a trailer out at the road dept. That is why he left town with his wifey of 20 years younger, he was a washed up drunken playboy.

What does that have to do with Judge Newton???? For your information he could not set the bond on this it was a superior court judge. So my advice to you is to get your facts straight before you make false statements against a judge. And can you tell me how Judge Newton is over firing Jammia Duvall???? He controls only his employees. Call the Chairman of the Board of Elections and ask to be put on the agenda and take it up with the entire board if you have a problem with that. But you need to know the facts before you go pointing your finger at Judge Newton when he is as innocent as can be. Find out which Superior Court Judge set that bond. Would be intresting wouldn't it??????

Did you bother to see which superior court judge set the bond???? You probably don't even know how. I am not any of the people that you called off and I would be afraid to make the comments that you are making. Check your facts. You my dear friend are probably someone he has signed a warrent on or someone who has previously worked for the county. Please check your facts, then come back on line and tell the truth.

Can you not read I said that I was not one of those people. Sounds like to me that you need to be the one seeing a physc. instead of pointing your finger at Judge Newton???? By the way if you know the facts which superior court judge set the bond??? You can't even come up with the truth when it is public record. You just want people to think that you know everything and you don't even know who sets felony bonds.....We need a kids topic. That would be more your level.... By the way, what does Dr. Vollrath have to do with all this????? He Wasn't my favorite person but he did know how to run the county. There wasn't ANYONE who told him what to do. yes, I did visit with Birdie on a regular basis. And for the record, I asked that the reports be sent back to the county as to my progress with controlling my anger. I found that Birdie was wonderful in helping me understand that there are ignorant folks out there and that sometimes I have to just talk a little slower and expect a little less from them. Please.... don't bring my name into your ugliness.
