This is the place you will often find other north Georgia restaurant owners eating at.
Check out the reviews on the web- then travel forty minutes south to enjoy this delicacy.
Is someone paying you to write this crap? I don't care of they serve gold nuggets in their Spring rolls. I wouldnt drive to the end of my driveway for a restaurant by that name

Crime PER CAPITA is probably worse in Blue Ridge than many larger cities. Bigger is good in many ways for quality of life and restaurant quality and variety is certainly one of those ways.

By the way, you never answered my question. How many times have you been to NYC?(since you are such an authority on it's quality of life)

Share where and when you have dined in the city. I have dined at many of the eateries in Blue Ridge and I can assure you some of the food vendors on the streets of NY serve better.

No and this is my last reply to all you yankee lovers. You are where you choose to be so why are you here if other places are soooo much better.

I'm a Yankee and I agree with you 100%. I've never been happier since moving to Blue Ridge.

Are you the owner or do you just work there?
No, No. The owners don't have time to use the computer for this. I am a regular customer of theirs. This is a favorite restaurant of the Pickens Fire Rescue and EMT's.

The owners used to own a restaurant in midtown Atlanta. They moved their family north for the better schools, etc.

My wife and I have been going there for years. They are consistent with their great customer service, freshest food available and tasty/ interesting Asian food. They cater to the pickiest food critics and they are very friendly with their customers.

All I say is try it- they are the best around.

By the way, Ably's Asian Cuisine in Jasper is only closed two days out of the entire year- Thanksgiving and Christmas.

So try this great restaurant out when your favorite restaurant is closed during the week or on the other holidays.

Cuisine what you don't understand is that you have turned off a lot of people from ever considering eating there by your endless praises of the place. You need to give it up.

That may be true- but at least you are educated on what you are missing!

I only praise when praise is due- it is the ultimate compliment for any person or business.

Now, every time you pass by there on the way to Atlanta and back you'll be thinking, "I'm gonna try eating at Ably's".

Food Choices in the BR are so limited. To get something decent you have to pay such a ridiculous price for just okay food. However a few of my top picks are
1. Mikes seafood(bville) is pretty good!
2. Harvest, pricey but really good stuff sometimes
3. Brewery. Really good apps and burgers
4. Toccoa, really good steak!
5. Sisters, great prices and alright food, love the salad bar!

Our favorite is the Toccoa Riverside. Tim and his people do a great job. We're just so thankful it's back open.

Everyone has an opinion . I know I went into the village restaurant once and that was enough for me. Looked dirty as heck. I thought to myself better not eat here because might get food poison. Those were my thoughts and I never stepped foot in that place again. Maybe you think it's fine dining . Everyone has opines, chives and different taste. If youbthink it's good food you go for it buddy. Enjoy it!

I've lived here for 40 years and have eaten there ever since it was opened. Never got sick. Always got value for my dollar.

I think downtown Blue Ridge has some good choices. Black sheep is opening soon, and so is the place above the olive oil store. I like harvest on main too. I would not say the service is bad there. They have pretty fresh food and most of what I have had there is good. I noticed once that couple from Las Vegas started at harvest things go much more consistent and professional, but I eat there often.

I am really wanting Black sheep to open, I love that house they are renovating. I have spoken with the chef and he seems very good and has tons of experience. I might have a new favorite restaurant.
