Do you mean "anyone" and "Costco" food? What difference does it make where they get their products? Either you like their food/drink or you don't. If you don't, then you don't have to eat/dring there.

Minus Harvest on Main just about every restaurant here serves cosco foods.

What's wrong with that?

Everybody buys their ingredients somwhere unless they have a farm and a slaughterhouse. Homemade simply means you put the ingredients you buy together in your own kitchen. And the Beanery does that. Any more questions?

The owner needs to learn how to run a business and quit worrying about just herself

I think the owner runs her business quite well. The food is excellent, the portions are huge, the staff is great!! I have never had a bad meal or bad service & I am there at least once a week for lunch & almost every day for coffee. I recommend L&L Beanery to anyone visiting & all they had was praise.

The only thing good about LL Beanery is the free internet.

Agree, Starbucks has much better coffee. Maybe Starbucks will buy out her building or lease it. That would be perfect

The coffee at L&L is not the best. I'll rather have stronger coffee from Starbucks anytime. They need to change.

If the beanery had some kind of drive-thru situation set up they would kill Starbucks in Blue Ridge.

They do make one hell of a delicious club sandwich.

Has anyone else noticed that many of the people that post here seem to live in WI? What gives? They seem to know the area fairly well but have a lot of complaints...some legit and other rather superfluous.

I think it's due to TDS. TDS is based in Madison, WI so that's my guess.

L&L is great! I love their grilled cheese and do not care what company they order from, I will gladly eat there again.

The Madison, WI thing is an error. It happens with TDS on a certain side of town.

"Sysco" is the company we're all fumbling words about, I just saw one of their trucks a few minutes ago.

Every restaurant buys from Sysco in some way or another -- most foods are then seasoned accordingly so you can't tell it's pre-made and pre-packaged. Unfortunately for L&L, they don't have very good flavor taste.): Their food isn't any worse than Sister's.. all just run-of-the-mill mediocrity.

If you're a L&L frequenter, I'd be more upset that they water down their coffee and only pull half shots of espresso.(; You pay for two, you only get one.
