This lawsuit is a a bunch of crap.I know some of the people named. The reason Holden is pissed off is because his ex wife was having a affair with Rick Landress. So i guess everyone has to pay huh? He should have named the EMS and the FD because she was doing them to.

I totally disagree.I know jeff while all this was going on he wouldnt even stay home.He was always scared of Fannin Sheriff Officers. He had been threatened by some of the people involved.I really feel like these people have took part of his life and he will never be able to get it back! Its really sad when the people we expect to protect and serve abuse their power to hurt innocent people.And im sure jeff isnt the only person that this has happened to. Probably only one the first to stand up to some of the bad guys. I wish him luck maby it teach bad police that they cant use their badge to do bad things.

Why would my right to have an opinion and express it be conditioned on whether I live in Fannin of not? All you have to be is an American to form an opinion that it is wrong to bash the woman when what she did or did not do is wholly unrelated to the cop's actions. They, not her, took an oath of office and swore to uphold the Constitution. If some woman is more powerful than the duty of an officer to adhere to the Constitution then explain that to me?

Looks like Holden jumped gun. Guess theres no law for Landress sleeping with his ex. Maby landress needs to get himself a lawyer. But its sad to see innocent people involved because holden couldnt keep his wife at home.
