Put up an American flag, and also during conversation let them know how you support our soldiers, and I also informed them that I have had 3 blood transfusions in my lifetime.

I am very serious.

I simply remind them they are a non-Christian, satanic cult which produces false prophecies, false doctrines, false scriptures, and molested children.

Get a grip, people.

Just say you aren't interested and close the door. No need to be so dramatic or make a mountain out of a molehill.

How would you feel if someone started a "How do you get a Christian to stop witnessing to you?" thread?

Ask them to attend your church with you. Some things they believe are true while others are not. They have been mislead.

No;
Not at all.

We are talking about answering others questions by the reading of the word.
Maybe some bible study or even prayer meetings, there are so many things we could do.

Everyone knows the world is going to end, just NOBODY knows when.
The bible says not even god knows the hour.

We all know we are not going to get out of this mess we call the world alive.

Actually there are pushy ones out there, this is true.
However there are others out there that does it the right way.
As far as getting closer to heaven;
It's called standing for what you believe in.
You have to work for everything you get.
Your trip to heaven is no different, you have to work and labor for it too.
Nothing is just handed to anyone.
God is a fair and a just God.
He's not going to take someone who never did anything over someone who has labored their whole life.
You have to live the life.
You have to labor.

Someone I once worked with said they used to visit his wife all the time. As soon as he saw them coming, he would go out the other door.
Then one day, he did his usual routine, and while exiting his home, he heard the front door slam, then looked around the corner of the house to see what was going on, and saw the Jehovah Witnesses leaving.
He went back inside and asked his wife, "how'd you do that?"
She said "I told them we're Catholic."

Of course, if that doesn't work, you can also try telling them you're Mormon, they don't like Mormon's either.:-D

By the way, if Topix says I am from Canada, that's not correct, I'm in Idaho, but I grew up in Blue Ridge.

Politely remind them of whatever your specific religion is and ask them would they like to attend church with you on Sunday (as a guest).

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Taurus

Keep calm! Your emotions are becoming increasingly heightened and intense today. As a result, you're likely to take things much more seriously than usual. That's wonderful if you're involved in a hot and heavy encounter with Mr or Ms Right, but it won't be such good news if you go overboard about silly trifles. If you're doing some last-minute shopping you'll want to be as extravagant as your budget allows. Or is it a case of Budget...? What budget?
