can't wait for the perjury trial to begin. I'm hopeful the case will result in conviction and pierces the veil of secrecy behind the 'good ol boy' network.

Okay, trollish anon, what exactly is so rabid about a desire to pursue prosecution against an alleged out-of-control public safety official who purportedly engaged in serial felony sexual assault, weapons violations, and witness tampering, and his equally loose-cannon allegedly false-reporting/perjuring spouse?

My sentiments exactly. We hope he is found guilty. Thanks Mr. Gallegos for paying attention when so many others chose to ignore.

First he will not be found guilty on any gun charges, that is impossible now with the FBI ATF agents testomony.
Secound ,you need to read the jury instuctions that are avaible by looking on line conserning the rape by druging.
It is impossible to convict if the jury follows the instuctions, The DA failed to prove the facts that would allow them to convict. There are several facts needed that the DA left out of his case.
So unlike all you well wishers ,I am confident that he will be found not guilty on all counts.
This has been a personal attack from the get go, it was not about guns or rape, it was about a ex wife .and the jury certainly saw that. She even tryed to lie on the stand about it until she got caught red handed.
The next case will be even easyer to disprove, and I hope they get MILLIONS in damages because of the DA, the HCSO relentless persicution because of a bitter Ex that worked for the county.
And all you Gallegos supporters do need to foot the bill. I saw were someone seggested that, and thats a great idea. You think this DA is so great, well then you pay the outcome. So like someone else said, "Just belly up to the bar and pay the tab"

Facts are facts , the gun charges have proven to be bogus, and it would seem that with todays testimonys, the rape charges will go away too.
I agree ,according to the law, they would have to find him not guilty, on all counts

If Mr Gallegos had been paying attention, he would have read the laws about the guns , and not allowed himself to look like the court jester....

They could give the "jury" some cool Masonic get out of jail free cards and it will be a sinker.

Does anyone know the name of the man on channel 3 news tonight that was at the city council meeting last night that made the claim that his Grandfathers Rolex watch was taken by Gundersen? If so, please post it here.
Thank you

First of all,
He was likely an "at will" employee, so the City of Blue Lake did not need any cause. However, even if they did, they had cause. Gundersen had been arrested and was not showing up for work. The City of Blue Lake did not arrest him, therefore they are well within their rights to dismiss an employee who is arrested and sitting in jail.

Let me also say that I am disgusted at the Gundersen/Darcie supporters. It is one thing to think there was not enough evidence for a guilty verdict on the charges. That may well be the case. But there really is no doubt that Gundersen is a major creep and Darcie is a lying, manipulative, pot smoking, screwed up chick. Is there any doubt that these two were horrible cops and that it is in the public's best interest that they are no longer in their former positions?

Hey ya'll BL City Council Member "MS" was in Federal Court this morning at 11:00. It would apear that not only does she not know how to manage the Cities money.......... but her personal afairs as well. Public Records are available to all that are interested.

Ok back to this

Buck and Seal committed Fraud against the city and all us BL citizens need to make a say in the matter. I tried and failed cuz I'm only one person. The proof is in the payroll documentation. Base pay + Overtime Pay + Oncall Pay all adds up when you don't even come to work for the last year and a half. Seal testified that she missed weeks at a time. Ruby Seal testified that Seal missed work for the last year and a half and Officer Gerace testified that Seal was missing in action. I've heard enough. Let's get some of our taxpayers money back in the BL General Fund. At very least, Buck and Seal need to go to jail.

Bucks signature is on each and every time sheet. How can he justify paying her every two weeks when he didn't even see her working for the last year and a half? Do you know that the "independant" PI that BL hired didn't even contact me regarding my complaint. How convienant is that.

Well, if Buck signed off , Seal is off the hook. She can not be sued for what he approved, plain ans simple.
And if it was a year and a half like you said, why was she in court on cases and still seen at the station?
Why was she still filing cases? She had to be working from somewere? Did Buck approve her working from home maybe?
And if he did, Seal is covered, might want to check out all posibilitys before leaping off that bridge......

All of those opinions are very nice, but thats what they are opinions, nothing more.
The jury must look at the facts ,and the law. All of the statements you make about what they are as far as you are concerned have no merit on what the jury must use. The facts of the case say that gallegos missed the proof by a huge mark. There will be no conviction.
