Blue lake may adopt increased water fees

The Blue Lake City Council will vote tonight on whether to adopt increased water rates.

I just found out here in California, there is a law on the books that will stop a water increase from happening? However I do not know if it pertains to Northern California.
From what I understand any water increase requires a vote from the people. check into this and find out if it rings true for your community. Al. |
