Well for me to do what I would like to do we would need to receive 30g, then after the thieves in DC took 15g we could pay all our bills, get our two person earn and buy our spot in the local cemetery building for urns and get my eldest daughter a hearing aid. Since we all know that isn't going to happen we will just fill our tank up at the local gas station as usual LOL. btw Valero out here in Ky is higher than anyone and I am cheap cheap cheap:)

Guess What Everyone, Good News. Clark Administrator call me this morning at 9:55, the administrator left a voicemail stating, the checks are in the processing department, and they are being processed. They said if I would like I could call them
Back at this number, 1-877-392-9190, but when I called their voicemail pickup. I'm sure many others have gotten a call also. We should be looking for the checks in the mail real soon. Atleast they did give a call, letting us know what's going on, Finally!

Sandi how did you get them to call you? You are the only one I have heard of them calling. Do you know someone who works there?

My previous post I stated that I had gotten their voice mail also and it says leave a name and number and they will contact you the next business day, I did receive the call yesterday, I had asked how are they going to determine the amount for each claim, She had said something about some mathematical computation (mumbo jumbo); and I also asked was their a dispersement she replied no,That particular rep wasn't to helpful, NOT AT ALL, but hopefully within a few days,

I just got a call, the rep was very pleasant told me exactly as some of you already heard that the claims are in the final processing stage and they're at the point of preparing checks, and will start going out within the next few weeks.

It's still amazing that they can't look up your claim and say, "your claim amount will be $$$".

Pretty weird that they are being so vague.

I just called and checks are being processed :) so checks should be mailed and received within the next 30 days... Great news finally... So guess we don't need to keep calling and just wait for the mail service to deliver the checks

Happy day!

I no longer live under the bridge,
been out from under there almost 5 years.
Got cleaned up and stay in a half way house.
you all wont believe this, but I just got 22 thousand and change.
At first they told said -no money for you!
But a lady here at my house proved to them that I lived under the bridge, so clark said they would cut some money for me from each zones total,
and they did.
gonna split it with her.

I don't believe it...lol but nice try.....
You have to prove residency - under a bridge isn't listed... But I do like the attempt....

Lived in BL the whole time , call clark claims ,they
were very nice about evrything, but they would not
give me the lawyers phone number. They refered to them as Class Counsel. Does any one know it? Iam sure that is who we should be calling.

@XBlueIslander,
They called me this morning, the administrator was very nice. I think they called people randomly. She explain the checks are being process by the processing Dept. and they will be sent out in a few weeks. I was shocked they called, and elated, but hold on, the money is coming real soon.

Well there goes my idea, I was hoping Sandi had a friend there, was gonna see if she could find out if we have to sign for the checks or if they just come in the mail box. So I guess I will be staying home. Would have been so nice to have someone with an in at this point.

Duhh, me thnks you messed up one to many brain cells if you really think we buy that nonsense. Don't mean to sound as if I am making fun of the problems you had hell I destroyed plenty of brain cells myself, however, we all know what we had to go through to get our claims accepted so know what you are saying is not reasonable.

@XBlueIslander, The info I've given you is true, the administrator left these exact words on my voicemail. I went in again to let you know exactly what she said, I don't have time to be leading no one on at this point. I know everyone is very serious about the checks, and so am I. The administrator said, she was calling from Clark Claims Administration, and all the data base has been sent to the Class Counsel. This is the number she left for me to call her back, it's different from the original number, call it yourself, and you will see that everything Ive said here is truthful. 1-877-392-9190, call as soon as you get this info. A voicemail will answer. I tried calling the number back, but did not get an answer. Compare this number with the other number that everyone has been calling, and you will see it's different, but both numbers are connected to the administration. They only had one main number for us to call, and it was different from this one. You will know then that I've been truthful with everyone. I could not have made up the name class counsel, therefore how would I have know to use the name class counsel if I was not told by one of the administrators, or how would I know anything about them
Turning over their database to the counsel. Like I have said here, the checks will be out in a few weeks, those are the administrator exact words.

When I talked with them ,I asked if they were calling people and they said no. Just retuning phone calls, from people who called them. Sounds like some people have been starting rumors.

Sandi B,

You pretty much repeated what the lady told me when I spoke to her yesterday, except that she stressed they no longer had the claim information because it had been sent to Class Council for processing. It is my belief that they will cut these checks asap for several reasons:

1st. The court apparently approved the claim denials and approvals.

2nd. They have to redeem the funds from whatever bond fund they were using and once that fund is cashed they want the money disbursed as to avoid any claim of interest accrual or misappropriation of funds.

3rd. They will use a payroll service such as ADP to electronically compute and retain records for 1099R distributions that will be sent at the end of the year, and ADP works really fast, so my guess it will be forthcoming quite soon...

@LiferblueIsland,
I called Clark once, and have not called back since. This is not so important that someone called me. I not going to keep this going. If someone had called me and gave me an amount of the check, or mail out date, then you would have something to get alarmed about, or maybe say that's a rumor. What we are getting alarm about now is only senseless, it bring about hard feelings, let's not go there, this should be a happy time for everyone. It's been too long in the making for any of us to start pointing fingers about something as simple as a phone call. I think we all here are adults, and we should be lifting each other up, instead of accusations. Let's just Thank Our Father in heaven, for giving us another day, and bringing us all to this point of the Clark decision. It is so easy to get side tracked. I know I didn't call them at any time recently, but if you want to still call it a rumor, then have your way. I work and I'm in school, I don't have time to call anyone much. I've barely been on here. I thought I would Share that today, and that would lift someones spirit, I guess it didn't. I will not share anything else, I will keep my mouth close.
GOD BLESS!
