I spoke to the claims administration. They have been relieved of their responsibilities, meaning they no longer have information regarding claims as it has been turned over to processing.

Processing is the check writing stage, and apparently we are in the final stage.

Hopefully we'll see something very soon.......

omg checks must be going out, I just felt the earth move under my feet and my computer table shook for about 10-15 sec. I have a huge very heavy Alienware gaming computer sitting on a very heavy metal table. I even called a neighbor to make sure she felt the quake also. I can imagine what VA & DC felt.

zone B will have 12 million to divide up.The question is. How long did you live there and how many claims where there in your zone? I thought, I saw hear somewhere that we are supposed to get letters stating the amounts and the zone we where in before payment ?

The Crestwood contaminated water class action lawsuit settlement reportedly provides that Crestwood will pay residents $500,000, provide residents with free garbage pickup for two years, will freeze fees for vehicle stickers and business licenses and Crestwood village officials will reportedly hire an independent environmental consultant to certify that Crestwood’s drinking water is safe for the next three years.

By contrast, the clark lawsuit will pay $40,000,000

I think the payouts will be substantial...

I was told being in zone A we would get a "nice" amount. So what exactly is considered a nice amount, who knows!
