Mother Falsely Arrested for Child Endangerment Files Suit Against Officers

Ellen "Treffly" Coyne, mother of three young children, is filing a civil rights suit against officers of the Crestwood Police Department for her false arrest and malicious prosecution on child endangerment and ...they only asked for an apology

Maybe if Tims family got the apology they deserved and then sued... but you got to figure that when Chief Sulikowski made his boneheaded "She forced this" comment and said he "disagreed with the prosecutor dropping the case" that would make me pretty angry.

What would it have cost Crestwood to give that woman an apology?

I also love the pictures that tim took. I bet that will be used in court and why he decided to take pictures instead of worring about his other kids. He choose to not look after his kids. He knew they were there. this will be fun but the insurance company will pay them off to shut up.
