Wow!!! This lady sounds nuts the entire way around. Who would leave their child with a man she didn't know. Of course she was on a drug -- an illegal drug. She needs to stay where she is -- Bill the Cat is right. Time to pay the piper.

A Wonderful girl. Just 3 months into her sentence and she is that unhappy accomodations at Adams County Prison. It gets better upstate. After reading the article I can't understand how she could believe the judge would withdraw her plea. With all those state police involved she was lucky to plea and get 3-6. Now the system will remember she tried this. Most likely she would have been out in 3. Because of this I bet they make her do 4 and a half.

If you knew the system, you'd know that it is better up state. And because of this, she will not have to do 4 or 4.5 years. By doing this will not have any effect on her sentence or getting out.

And it doesn't matter how many state police were involved. It has nothing to do with any sentence or plea agreement. DA's love plea agreements. It makes their job much easier and they don't have to waste a few days in court throwing stones.
