Obviously, this drug-addled psychopath will be convicted of this heinous crime. But - why is it taking TWO YEARS to determine if O'Donnell is THE suspect in the murders of the Fowlers? It has been said that HE is the only caretaker who has NOT given a DNA sample. He was seen arguing with the elder Fowler a few weeks prior to the murders. The elder Fowler also told the police, as he was dying, that it was his son's nurse who did this horrible deed.
No one will yet say - has this sample finally been given, if so, does it match?
If, in fact, the sample DOES match, this means that Ebony's murder could have been prevented. If, in fact, the sample DOES match, why was he permitted to ignore a grand jury subpoena? The point here is the time factor. Why did it take so long to do anything? Typical in Philadelphia.
Joe, I agree with your comment. This is so terrible. Poor girl!

so true, that's just like in many of the crimes that happens, they let these people out on bail for selling drugs, being caught with a gun, etc., and then they while they are out on bail they really hurt someone, the system should be held accountable for these criminals that are suspects to crimes. Victims should sue the city and Ebony's mom should be going to jail too.

I agree about suing the city! And what about Ebony's mom? I'm not to familiar with the story. I know the article mentioned that he was on crack. Was the mother to?
When you have children, you HAVE to watch who bring around them because it will affect them either in a good way or a bad way. In this poor girls case, she got murdered.

Mark expressed his wish to die and apologized to everyone, including that worthless fat cow. The judge only addressed Evan in his closing statements about Ebony and told him not to quit. He didn't even speak to the cow. The two families, Dorsey and O'Donnell expressed condolences, prayers, and shook hands, while that cow wandered around trying to get attention. She was picking her teeth in court and fixing her lipstick. Some grieving mother, huh? And, thie after she pled guilty and got a deal for no jail time from the DA's office.
