Grandma says mom knows who has missing Florida girl

The grandmother of a missing 2-year-old central Florida girl said Monday her daughter knows who has the toddler.

It's a shame there is no legal way to make the mother's release from jail contingent upon her daughter being found safe and sound.

Grandmother says;
“Her (Casey Anthony) plan was to get us all back together, and I think her plan has changed and I think that's what happened,” said Cindy Anthony.“Her plan changed halfway through, and she doesn't know where it’s at right now. I truly believe Casey knows who has Caylee but it's code name. That's why they can't find that person just yet.”

Next, the Tool Attorney and the grandparents will be saying that the granddaughter was abducted by aliens.

Having been in law enforcement/investigations for a long time, my opinion is that the tool attorney and the grandparents are trying to keep the daughter from being prosecuted for killing the granddaughter, by throwing out the following;
1. there are other suspects
2. Someone else has Caley, but Casey can't say anything right now

My guess is that the daughter neglected the daughter to death, or murdered her.
The grandparents and the attorney are throwing out a snowstorm of scenarios to keep the investigation going in the wrong direction.
Without a body, the case can still be prosecuted under circumstantial evidence. The primary suspect is the mother.

I expect attorney's to be tools,,but it's unforgiveable for the grandparents to be tools, too.

I highly doubt that is possible.
What you will probably see is a plea deal not to execute the mother, Casey Anthony, under Florida's death penalty if she agrees to lead authorities to the little girl's body.

All parties involved in this fiasco ought to be prosecuted. The parents for failing to report the disappearance of the granddaughter to authorities, as evidenced by the grandmother's MySpace website dated 7/03/08, in which the grandmother says the granddaughter is missing.
Both grandparents stated that they know the daughter is a compulsive liar, but they still ENABLED her to continue to break the law in a variety of ways, including and not limited to, giving the daughter use of their vehicle knowing that her license was suspended.

Did anyone see her on with Geraldo Rivera?? She seemed pretty defensive and was rude to him. I think maybe being a bit nicer might help. I also don't understand why her daughter needs to be released to help. why can't she just tell them and she has already lied?

I believe the daughter and grandaughter lived with the grandparents so it would seem that the disappearance of the little girl would have been made public much before it was.

The grandmother is not being honest and is hostile on all the shows I've seen.

There is no way to find out what happened to the little girl unless the mother AND grandmother are cooperative and that doesn't seem to be the case.

If the Mother is innocent, why is she not cooperating with the policy to find her daughter? Because she knows the truth - her daughter is dead and only she and possibly the grandparents who are covering for her know where the little girl is. She should be forced to tell the truth somehow, that's the only way this case should be resolved. She should not be allowed a plea deal, given the circumstances to date. This insanity has to stop!

IF the mother wasn't spitting out lies at every turn and could get a truthful statement out of her mouth, then maybe they would be on the way to finding this baby. Frankly, I think the mother and grandmother are in this up to their eyes. I think the attorney WAS hired for the sole purpose of casting reasonable doubt so that when little miss compulsive liar goes on trial they can push for reasonable doubt. I thought she was very rude and it was an odd interview. I'm not sure how she expects people to help without giving any info she might know. She acted like Geraldo was the enemy for trying to get info out.

Does anyone else think it strange that the Grandma is making a major TV circuit? I understand getting the info out there regarding Caylee missing but it's strange to me that in one week she's been on them all

Supposedly the daughter and granddaughter had just moved into an apartment and that's why she says she didn't know the granddaughter was missing.
So she says anyway.

The girl is dead. A 2 year old cannot just disappear like that. Maybe the family is in denial that they can't fathom that the mother killed and disposed of the body. The mother needs to be locked away in a psychiatric hospital and not let go until her childbearing years are over.

I agree, while I understand that you don't want to mess with an investigation, I think there is a way to go about it. She seems like she has issues and I could understand why her daughter is a compulsive liar. This is a very strange case. I would be a mess, I would also be angry at my daughter. But then again I'm not in that postion and hope I never will be.
