zazz wrote: Nancy Grace reacts to Tot Mom's freedom from probation By Stephen Loiaconi updated 12:09 PM EDT, Fri August 24, 2012 NEED TO KNOW Thursday marks the end of Casey Anthony’s probation sentence for check fraud convictions Nancy Grace ‘still stunned’ she was acquitted of murder Grace thinks Anthony will get in trouble with the law again someday:‘It is her nature’ "I'm still stunned at the verdict," HLN's Nancy Grace said Thursday as she considered the fact that Tot Mom Casey Anthony's one-year probation term is coming to an end. Anthony, who was acquitted last July in the 2008 murder of her daughter Caylee, is free to "do whatever she wants," as her attorney Cheney Mason told USA Today, as of midnight Thursday when she completes her sentence for check fraud convictions. “Maybe she’s headed to your neighborhood to be a babysitter,” Grace said on her show Thursday night.“I’m sure she’ll give a special introductory rate.” Mason told In Session’s Jean Casarez that Anthony is living with a “friend” in Florida and will continue to do so. She may not be planning to move immediately, but Anthony will now be able to leave the state or the country without asking for permission. Mason said he would be seeking an official order from Judge Belvin Perry stating that Anthony has completed all of the conditions of her probation and it cannot be reinstated. Anthony is currently appealing her conviction on four counts of lying to police during the investigation of Caylee's disappearance. She is also facing a civil trial next year for allegedly defaming Zenaida Gonzalez, a Florida woman with the same name as the "nanny" Anthony falsely accused of kidnapping Caylee. While Anthony’s attorneys are staying quiet about her future plans, Grace said Thursday she would not be surprised to see the 26-year-old end up getting arrested again someday. “Criminals can’t help it,” she said.“They can’t help it. It’s their nature. You know, like the scorpion and the frog.” Still, Grace said, after the not guilty verdict, she fears Anthony will never face any real consequences for what happened to her daughter. “I think she is going to go on and live her life and that there will be no repercussions whatsoever for Caylee’s murder.” She added,“Maybe not in this world.” Grace said Thursday that the Anthony verdict surprised her in a way that O.J. Simpson’s famous acquittal in the 1990s did not. “I didn’t agree with the O.J. verdict, but I understood why the jury did what they did,” she explained.“They didn’t believe any of the police, the police had a bad reputation. They loved O.J. Simpson, or the idea of him. They got angry at the prosecution, they got angry at some of the cops on the stand and he walked free. It was a perfect storm. Alright, so I could rationalize in my mind, even though I didn’t agree with it, I understood why they did that.” “Tot mom, completely different ball of wax,” she said. Thanks for the article Zazz. She must have a boy "friend" that's the only kind of friend Casey can have, and he must be a real winner! As for her being free to do whatever she wants, she has always done whatever she wants anyways! I say we all be on guard! Especially G&C!!!!

Casey Anthony attorneys to face questions about her finances
Gonzalez's attorneys want to know if Anthony has gotten money from her parents, George and Cindy.
By Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel 8:15 a.m. EDT, August 28, 2012
Casey Anthony's lawyers will be in court this morning for a hearing in the defamation suit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who says Anthony defamed her in 2008 by saying a nanny with a similar name had kidnapped her child.
The civil suit is currently set for trial in January. This morning, Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon will hear argument about whether Gonzalez's request for information about Anthony's finances is relevant to the lawsuit.
Lawyers with the Morgan & Morgan firm, representing Gonzalez, want to know if Anthony has been getting money from her parents, George and Cindy, or the trust fund they established in memory of their granddaughter, Caylee.
After an extensive search in 2008, Caylee was found dead, and authorities say the nanny didn't exist and no kidnapping took place. But the woman suing Anthony was interviewed by detectives and linked to the case in media reports.
Anthony, who was acquitted of murder in her daughter's death after an ultra-high-profile trial last year, was subpoenaed in the civil suit, and may be forced to appear if the case goes to trial as expected.
Gonzalez made headlines when she was arrested in Orange County earlier this month, accused of selling an alcoholic beverage to an 18-year-old while working as a clerk at a Circle K convenience store. The hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Check back later for updates

I can see it now, babykiller's attorney's are scrambling to cover their asses, along with Lippman to cover up the money trail through the trust.Of coarse, they're going to deny any money changing hands,so we'll have to wait and see what Morgan and Dill are going to find out. It's bad enough skank was paid, after Caylee's death. It also sounds to me,like another reason babykiller's attorney don't want to give any video's out of her,is not because she's stupid enough to incrimate herself with the Zenedia case, but because they think they will actually be able to sell those,to make money also one day.(those aren't going to sell anyway!!)I think the biggest part of money that's going to be funnled, will be with the trust, and we know Bozo's book bombed.Go Muyion!! She ruled the right way!!

Even if they do find out that Cindy and George have been banking skanky for years from Caylee’s blood money! Anyone that could clean up there granddaughter’s decomp to save their murdering daughter is sick anyway you cut it! It will just make George and Cindy look more despicable (if that’s even possible). The Anthony’s always get away with the vilest actions and not a thing ever happens to them.(well yet)….. Happy hump day!

Ashton defeated long-time state attorney Lawson Lamar in the August primary. He will take office on Jan. 8, 2013 Hi Zazz!! How are you tonight?
