It's about time that Camden gets some competition like Aldi's. Sick of driving 20 miles to one. It would really benefit for the town people that can't go far. For instance, the elderly. So come on Camden! Wake Up!

Wake up? Where would they put an Aldis?
Do you think there's enough people in Camden for an Aldis?
I would like to see one too. Camden needs more businesses. That Dollar General and the Family Dollar are doing very well.
What else would you like to see in the town?

How about where the old victory building is. They could tear down that blue building next to fastrac & the brick building out back also. Or how about next to nunn & harper on the corner of Brewer rd. & rt 13. They definitely need something else. Too bad dunkin donuts was shot down. There is no good place to get donuts on the weekend. And the few times I go to the McDonald's in town, there fries are always nasty. Never have problems with other mcD's. And were suppose to shop here first.

Well there's enough people to keep a Tops going. Tops is just too freaking expensive! I think Aldis would do great and maybe Tops would b forced to charge more reasonable prices!!

There's a Tops and an Aldi's in Pulaski and in Rome and the prices in those Tops are the same as in Camden so, competition won't make tops prices any lower. It would ,however give us a choice of where to shop. It would be nice to have a choice of fast food places.....how about Burger King, Wendy's or Arby's?

I think fast food places are the LAST thing Camden needs!

OK, let's spend our time regulating other people's lives. Not all fast food is fattening, it's a matter of choice and education.

Yes Yes Yes!!!! Camden does certainly need a Aldi's. Everybody would benefit from it. It's terrible seeing the elderly spending the little what they have @ Tops. I love the store but you can only afford the sales if your on a tight budget.

To "need one"...who are "they" that you refer to? Write to Aldi's and inquire...maybe they'd come and see what we have to offer???

Yes! Camden does need an Aldi's. I hate even shopping in Top's in Camden anyone. Some of those old time employees act unprofessional there. They watch your every move & if something rings up wrong they want to prove you wrong all the time. And the old timers (male & female) hate to issue out rainchecks. They're so hesitated ! They make you feel very uncomfortable.. Yup! I rather drive & do my shopping @ a different Tops & elsewhere..

I think the super duper was the best store Camden ever had.

Camden needs something besides Tops. Completely overpriced. Sucks to have to travel in order to save any money. But then again, what do people care if its their food stamp money and not hard earned money.
