I was listening to it a little while ago and she was claiming that some people who broke in are the ones who killed Travis. Give her credit for a vivid imagination, but a cold, cold heart.

One minute he was the MOST generous man in the world and in the next she accuses him of trying to kill her. Would sociopath be the right word or not?

I've had this on this morning while doing some work. Am I the only one who feels like this woman is living in Alice's rabbit hole?

I admire the prosecutor for his self control in dealing with someone who attempts to fake the level of ignorance she does at times.

AND she was near sighted and couldn't tell what that was lying on the ground and got out of her car, even though she felt unsafe, to get it and put it in her car. All without looking to see what it was and it was her own license plate.
I have been near sighted for most of my life and it's really difficult to drive with it especially at night. Even if it's not so very bad yet, it's easy to misjudge things.

Juan Martinez has made her seem like the victim with his style of badgering. It has been so bad the last two days I started to feel sorry for her then I would remind myself what she did. She must be a psycho path to be able to sit there calmly and deal with his crap. Any one with sanity would of lost it on him by now. Murder yes, premeditated? It would seem but I think Jodi has been able to place enough doubt in jury eyes. This could of been a slam dunk case if Martinez would of presented it better.

She is a cold blodded killer. It gave me the creeps Alexander 4 days AFTER she killed him. She was sitting it up to say " See? I wasn't there. here is my E-mail to prove it. And to go on 48 Hours and talk about how much she loved him and hoe good he was to her and all just cinched it for me.
It was pre-meditated without a doubt. She supposedly now has a lesbian lover whom she met in prison and they want to get married and have a baby.

She has no conscience. Her crocodile tears didn't do her any good, either.

She killed someone and look at how many lives she has hurt. I feel sorry for his family. It must take a lot of patience to stay seated and not beat the hell out of her.

This woman is evil and should get the death penalty.

Gave me the creeps to read the email she sent him 4 days AFTER she killed him.

On the upbeat voicemail Arias left hours after leaving Alexander’s body in his shower, she shot the breeze for a bit, then invited him to see Othello with her.

"Let me know. Talk to you soon. Bye!” she concluded.

Martinez did his best to drive home the impact of these messages.“Did you send it so he could reach you from the grave?” he asked her sarcastically.

Arias claims she killed Alexander self-defense.She cried often during the day’s session, with Martinez meticulously trying to poke holes in her claims.

The prosecutor also showed a dramatic flair, once again leaning on the interview Arias gave 48 hours for maximum impact to prove Arias was lying.

“No jury is going to convict me because I’m innocent and you can mark my words… no jury is going to convict me"

She has admitted to the murder, and she has admitted to lying to everyone and not being able to keep her lies straight. How can anyone feel any sympathy for her?
She'd be a real danger to anyone if she gets to walk now or ever.
Her crying jag came on out of the blue yesterday. I, along with the prosecutor would like to know if she was crying when she shot him or when she was cutting his throat.

I know Im gullable; but I cant help but feel sorry for Jodi.. then I remember the picture of Travis in the shower. I think Jodi gave everything she had to Travis & when she realized he didn't want her, she lost it. She planned this murder, and she went on overkill, only came out with a bad finger.

I agree. Maybe she was feeling the noose tightening around her neck.

I wonder what in the world she was thinking when she took the stand anyway. Even Anthony didn't do that.
A reporter said that's every lawyers worst nightmare, when their client gets on the witness stand. It sure must be for hers.

She knew years ago that she was caught. She thought she could outwit the lawyer and jury. When she finally realized she couldn't and the " game" was up, that's when she started to cry.
She was playing a cat and mouse game with the prosecuter and the game was over.

Maybe her defense atty is dragging this out because he enjoys the pornographic aspect of it. I turned on the tv today and it was so disgusting I turned it off. She is a slut in my opinion and he apparently wasn't much better. Apparently he was into porn as she testified but so was she.

The defense played his side of a porn conversation she and he had while she was driving home. Bet it'd curl our hair if they played her conversation too.
I hope the jury doesn't buy into that, but then, I always remember the Anthony case.
He was no angel, but no one deserves to die like that.
I didn't know till today that he was an elder in the Mormon church. She kept referring to her baptism, but I don't know what it was, do you?

After she started dating him, she joined ( I guess that's the word ) the Mormon church and since he was already in , he had authority to baptise her, is the way I understand it. I think she became a Mormon because that's what he was.

Yes, nobody deserves to die such a horrible way as he did. I think he might have realized how sinful and trashy they were becoming and was attempting to get away from her and she went into a jealous rage. She had been stalking him according to some ( one?) of his friends.

When someone lies as much as she does and has admitted to, it doesn't do to believe anything they say.
When I look at her, she is on the surface, a very pretty woman. Then when she starts talking and I remember what she did and admits to doing, she looks like Satan incarnate.

I don't think she is all that pretty, but, she is not ugly either. I would say just average looking.

I do consider het to be evil. How can anyone call the phone number of someone they just killed and leave a message that is all cheery and upbeat and acting like they are still alive?

that is just creepy.

She stole her grandfathers gun with the intention of killing him and set him up.

Demonic, if you ask me.
